Pip

Pip , 11, young at heart, wants to love someone during his twilight years who will never fail him.    He is a Yellow Labrador Retriever, good with other dogs, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . We rescued Pip from another shelter. He had been quarantined for a nip/snap/bite of his previous owner who was reportedly punishing him, inexplicably, with tissue papers, in some unusual way.    Pip deserves better and we are grateful for the opportunity to find him a stable and loving home.

Pip , an 8-pound lovebug, enjoys cuddling and bonding with women and mature kids. If you sing in a high pitch, he joins you and howls his lyrics. Pip is a Toy & Terrier mix, 7 years of age, neutered boy, housetrained & crate-trained, good with dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Pip was at another shelter that asked for our help. In his previous home he was abused by a violent man. If a man shows anger to him, or smells of alcohol, Pip will reportedly cower and involuntarily urinate and defecate in terror. Pip is a charming boy who needs a very gentle and stable home. Please share his picture to help him.

Please keep me safe and ensure I always know that I am loved and cherished.

Update: Piper and her two babies Pip and Pippi were adopted on or before May 17th! Pippi (pictured here), and her brother Pip and mother Piper , debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Mother & babies needed us when their previous owners changed their living situation and these three angels could no longer remain in the home. Pippi, Pip and Piper are most likely Toy & Spaniel mixes and we expect them to remain small. Each is spayed/neutered and mom is approximately 2 years of age, while Pippi and Pip are about 3 months of age. They can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting a pair, or the trio, for a lifetime of love and companionship.

Hold me and reassure me that I will be with you forever.

Update: Pip was adopted on December 11th! Pip is a frisky, chipper, and adorable little boy. He is a tri-color Chihuahua, neutered, and 5 years of age. He debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Pip enjoys other sweet dogs. Pip's special need is due to a birth defect with his front right foot, which has a claw-like shape. It seems to have minimal impact though on his walking and playing, and at this time it does not appear that he needs medical care for it. We believe Pip will do best in a very loving, attentive home where he is showered with affection.
