Nicholas , a jolly little gentleman, is happiest when sitting on laps and feeling appreciated.  He is a super cutie, reportedly a blend of Maltese & Pomeranian, 6 years of age and neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  Nicholas is housetrained and good with dogs and mature kids.  His previous family's other dog was attempting to harm Nicholas, so he was surrendered to find a home where he would be safe.

McEnroe Mitzie Nicholas Paul   This morning, McEnroe soaked after chasing tennis balls, Mitzie (who is blind) gave endless kisses to her caretaker for giving her pool time, Nicholas bobbed for toys, and Paul couldn't decide whether he preferred drinking from the hose or chewing on wet tennis balls. Colton King Nicholas 3 more of the 35 rescued Blond Angels -- Colton , King , and Nicholas -- are ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.   All three are sensitive, gentle, exceptionally timid, White Shepherd & Yellow Labrador Retriever mixes, approximately 3-4 years of age, and now neutered. The boys need heroes to help them continue improving with trust and socialization. It's a long journey that cannot be forced, but their development is exceeding expectations as they are accepting our kindness, learning to walk on leash, letting us touch them, and more. Nicholas and his three siblings were found by a person taking a neighborhood walk. The babies are just 5 weeks of age. Their mother was nowhere in sight. Motherless kittens are being rescued nearly hourly, on average, throughout southern Nevada and they need surrogate parents. Nicholas is a remarkably cute and engaging baby boy triumphantly debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. You may remember his siblings who were adopted in late April. They were rescued as motherless newborns and lovingly raised in nurturing foster care. Nicholas had "puppy strangles" (juvenile cellulitis) and needed veterinary care.  He is now almost 5 months of age, neutered, well, good with other dogs, and very ready to begin his new life!  Nicholas is a Labrador Retriever mix (with other Sporting breeds) and we believe he will grow to large size.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for his safety.

Corkie Duchess Nicholas Corkie and Duchess , and their brother Nicholas , are adorable puppies with affectionate and playful natures. All three love sneaking puppy kisses on you. They are Dachshund mixes (75% Dachshund), now spayed/neutered, and almost four months of age.  We rescued their parents too, and both have already been spayed/neutered and adopted.  Their father, Jake , is a Dachshund, and their mother, Jasmine , is a Dachshund mix.  The puppies can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting a pair, or the trio, for lifelong love and companionship.
