Iggy Megan Miko Osa These four playful and adorable babies -- Iggy , Megan , Miko , and Osa -- are ready for loving, forever homes. At the time of rescue, in November, they were newborns at another shelter that asked for our help. We placed them in wonderful foster homes for nurturing care and socialization. They are blends of Retriever and Shepherd, 3 months of age, expected to grow to large size, now spayed/neutered, and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA . Megan and Osa are girls. Iggy and Miko are boys.

Megan loves being in your arms, purring and listening to you talk sweet. She and her siblings are some of the 30 rescued kittens ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . Megan is 3 months of age, a darling tabby shorthair, raised and socialized in a loving foster home since her rescue. Please kitten-proof your home for her safety.

Please be patient with us.

Willey, baby boy Wilson, baby boy Willey and Wilson are baby brothers who look like tiny deer. The boys are very bashful and still need to gain self-esteem and confidence.  An experienced and patient home is needed for their continuing blooming. At the time of rescue this past summer they were newborns at another shelter that asked for our help.  We rescued their mother too, a Yorkshire Terrier mix named Megan (pictured below), and their two other siblings.  We placed them in a loving foster home so that Megan could raise her babies in peace and comfort. Megan has since been spayed and adopted earlier this autumn.  Also, their two siblings will be ready for adoption in the days to come. Willey and Wilson are now 5 months of age, neutered, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  We can only speculate about their father, but believe he is likely to be a Chihuahua.  Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety. At the time of rescue in early August, Megan , a petite Yorkshire Terrier mix, was pregnant and in poor physical condition at another shelter. We placed Megan in a nurturing foster home where she birthed and raised her four babies.  (Megan's puppies will be ready for adoption later this autumn.) Megan is now spayed, 2 years of age, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Megan is just 8 pounds but she has a big personality and craves being the center of attention.  She is good with other dogs and needs regular professional grooming. Please visit and ask for Megan by name.

Let's share life's adventures together.

Update: Megan was adopted on September 6th! Megan is an adorable little firecracker, bursting with athleticism and enthusiasm. She is an entertaining puppy, a small Terrier mix, spayed female, about 8 months of age. We rescued Megan from another shelter, so her background is mostly a mystery. But we know she delights in having other playful dogs around to engage her. Megan needs your patience and good guidance to steer her energy into proper behaviors. Please only consider if you are willing and able to provide this training. Megan debuts for adoption today.
