Martin , a young boy daring to hope for kindness and peace-of-mind, pleads for consideration. He fears that strangers will hate him and hurt him. He shows many signs of having been severely abused in a previous home.   Martin is a small Terrier mix with warm and expressive eyes, 2 years of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . He loves other dogs. He would be thrilled to be another dog's little brother. We rescued him from another shelter that asked for our help due to his timidity. Mel Michael Martin Mel , Michael , and Martin were captured in a warehouse and suffering from severe eye infections.   They have since been socialized and nursed to good health in a very loving foster home. Now, they are spayed/neutered (Mel is a girl and Michael and Martin are boys), 4 months of age, and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA. Their foster mom describes them as follows: Mel is the "investigator" and patrols the rooms, Michael is a "little purr engine", and Martin is happiest sitting in your lap.

Update: Martin was adopted on July 26th! Martin is a jolly puppy, as cute and endearing as can be. His cheeriness and enthusiasm for life are contagious, as this boy has tremendous joy to share. Martin is a beautiful blend of probably many breeds, perhaps including Shepherd, Retriever, Boxer and/or Bully. We expect him to grow to medium size and he has a stubbed tail (maybe from docking or born that way). Martin is neutered, 5 months of age, and debuting for adoption today. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for his safety and protection. Besides loving people, Martin is compatible with other playful dogs. He was rescued from the streets after being abandoned by his previous owner.
