Jade treasures the gentle and tender moments with you, whether snuggling at your side or resting on your chest as you read a book.  She is beautiful inside and out, a Maine Coon mix, 6 years of age and spayed, good with other cats, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Jade needed us when her previous owners moved away without her.  Please visit and ask for her by name.

Bonnie Blue Belle Jade Opal Phoebe Piper We are inspired by the progress of these five girls!   Bonnie Blue Belle , Jade , Opal , Phoebe , and Piper debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. They are 5 more of the 33 dogs confiscated from squalor and horrors. The girls are beginning to walk on leash, wag their tails when they greet us, step into our laps for cuddling, and exhibit other ways of accepting compassion.    All are gentle and blooming. Nevertheless, very experienced heroes are needed to adopt them because they have never experienced a loving home before and will need time and patience to adjust. The girls are 3 and 4 years of age and now spayed. They are medium in size, ranging from 20-33 pounds, blends of Whippet, Beagle, Mini Bully, and more. More details on the 33 rescued dogs .

Update: Jade was adopted on November 30th! Jade is a charming baby girl with a tender nature. She is most likely a Pomeranian mix, 7 months of age. Jade is now spayed and ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. She enjoys other dogs and she is reportedly fine with kind, mature children. Jade reportedly is crate-trained and partially housetrained. She may need your patience & guidance (and a steady routine) to complete housetraining. She needed us because her owners were not prepared to handle adding a puppy to their family. Please plan on regular grooming/brushing for her. Please also carefully puppy-proof your home & yard for her safety & protection.

Update: Jade was adopted on July 4th! Jade is a zippy puppy, full of energy and pizzazz. She loves life and wants to live it to the fullest. She has been well-socialized in a foster home with dogs, ferrets, and teenagers. She fits in well with groups and never wants to miss playtime. Jade is a Chihuahua mix, spayed female, approximately 5 months of age. She debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. We rescued Jade and her brothers and sisters. But while her siblings were adopted right away, she needed foster care to rehabilitate two broken bones and a torn ligament in her right front leg. She recovered well, thanks to tender loving care. Her walk though is altered now. But her leg is fully functional and does not heed her activities. We believe Jade will do best in a home with other dogs. Please come meet her, and be sure to bring your resident dog to introduce to her too.
