"Who can I love?" Derek's eyes say it all. He yearns to know his place in this chaotic world. Derek is a thoughtful youngster, a blond Chihuahua, 1 year of age, good with other dogs, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.    He was found abandoned on the streets with no sign of responsible ownership.

Derek & Diva and Fonzi and 17 more rescued motherless kittens need foster heroes please! In addition, a pregnant dog, a pregnant mom dog and her newborns, and a pregnant cat and her newborns, all need wonderful foster care too. If you can help foster, please visit Nevada SPCA in person. Thank you. Derek and Diva are 7 weeks of age. They needed us when their previous owner passed away. Fonzi is 6 weeks of age. A man driving in front of a restaurant almost ran over him, but slammed his brakes in the nick of time. He was then able to capture Fonzi and bring him to safety.

Aaron Bradon Carlson Derek These four lovebug kittens seem to melt in your hands as they roll around while you pet them, soaking up affection.  The brothers are now 3 months of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Please kitten-proof your home for their safety. All have striking tabby coloration patterns -- two spotted, two marbled.  Please consider adopting a pair for lifelong companionship.

Derek is a docile, precious baby boy now ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  He is a Siamese kitten, about 3 months of age and neutered.  Please kitten-proof your home for his safety. Derek was found as a motherless newborn in distress.  We placed him in a loving foster home where he was raised with a rescued newborn puppy ("Tin Tin").  Derek and Tin Tin became brothers and snuggled in each others' arms for comfort.  (Tin Tin will be ready for adoption in the weeks to come.)  Derek is very social and we want to find him a home where he will be showered with attention and quality time every day, for life.

Derek is a young, loyal Weimaraner with a majestic appearance and he debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  He is 1 year of age, a neutered boy, and reportedly housetrained and crate-trained, and compatible with cats & dogs & mature kids.  Derek needs a hero though.  His soul is scarred from witnessing the horrors of domestic violence and he is fearful of men who he does not know or trust.  The look of worry in his eyes is heartbreaking.  But a light-hearted, playful side of Derek will emerge once he is in a stable, gentle home where people treat each other, and him, with dignity and respect and kindness.  Please help us find Derek that forever home where his faith in humans will be restored.
