Foster commitments range from just 2 weeks to 3 months. If you can help, please visit Nevada SPCA in person and ask for Lauren. Pictured here: Darius , a newborn, found in a home with his mother and siblings when his previous owner died. David , a 7-week baby boy found in the bushes outside of a motorcycle shop. Jade , a pregnant young girl, 2 years of age, seeking a comfortable and safe environment to birth and raise her babies. David , 9, needs someone to love dearly.  He is a Shih-Tzu mix, neutered boy, good with other dogs, crate-trained, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  David was surrendered to us because his previous owner said he does not like young children.  With his adult caretakers here at the shelter, David is charming and friendly.

David survived being struck by a car and debuts for adoption.

David , a chatty youngster who loves being the center of attention, triumphantly debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. A good Samaritan witnessed him being struck by a vehicle in a parking lot.  Fortunately, he deflected from the car rather than being run over, but his injuries included a left eye that came out of its socket. We had medical care provided for him and he recovered beautifully! David is a petite Chihuahua, neutered boy, 2 years young, good with dogs, grateful to be alive and well.
