Cupcake is an endearing junior puppy who shines when she feels safe.  She is remarkably adorable, a blend of Longhair Dachshund & Terrier, 8 months of age, good with other dogs, now spayed and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Please puppy-proof your home and yard for her safety.

Cupcake , 9, delights in playing fetch and bonding closely with those who are sweet to her.  She is a Miniature Schnauzer, good with dogs and mature kids, housetrained & crate-trained, spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Cupcake needed us when her previous owners moved to another country.

Urgent foster home needed for Cupcake and her babies!

Urgent need for a foster hero for Cupcake and her 6 babies!  Please help us find an experienced temporary caretaker for this emaciated, malnourished mother and her month-old young pups. Volunteers rescued them this morning, along with another adult dog, from a suspected backyard breeder.  Cupcake is a well-behaved and affectionate girl, about 6 years of age.  A peaceful, comfortable home environment is ideal for her recovery and for raising her babies.  The foster commitment will be for approximately 3 months. If you can help, please visit Nevada SPCA in person before 4pm and ask for DJ.  Thank you.

Will you accept my gift?

Cupcake offers you the world's most beautiful gift -- unconditional love.  She is a sensitive Longhair Dachshund mix, about 4 years of age and spayed, ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Cupcake gets along well with cats and dogs, plus she is crate-trained too.  She needed us because she is not compatible with young kids.  Special thanks to Pet'ographique for these portraits of Cupcake to help her find a loving, stable, forever home.

I pray that my new owner will adore me.

Update: Cupcake was adopted on July 29th! After being purchased as a puppy at a pet store for a giant sum, Cupcake soon found himself banished to living only outdoors. If it was due to punishment, he did not understand what, if anything, he had done wrong. Cupcake's severe neglect though extended far beyond just being forced to try and survive in this extreme desert climate. He was fed low-nutrient food, irregularly at that, and he was never groomed. Worse of all, he was unloved. Cupcake is a sweetheart and he has a gentle nature. We know he will bloom magnificently as he comes to understand love and knows he is being cherished. Cupcake is a Bichon Frise & Poodle, approximately two years young. He is good with other dogs and he needs regular grooming (we suggest at least quarterly grooming). He is now neutered and he debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. His new owner(s) will need to be patient with him as he adjusts to living predominantly indoors. Please show him...
