Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Adam , a well-behaved baby boy, loves bonding with cats and dogs, snuggles in laps, and likes meeting people of all ages.  He is a super cute Chi-Weenie puppy (Chihuahua & Dachshund), 5 months of age, crate-trained, and triumphantly debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . Adam is now well and thriving beautifully.  At the time of rescue his life was in peril from the parvo virus.  We rushed him into emergency care at an animal hospital for extensive treatment.  Thank you very much to the generous donors who made his lifesaving veterinary care possible! Adam has been in wonderful foster care since his release from the hospital.  His foster mom has socialized him and shown him that home is a safe place.

Cheryl is a junior puppy ready to bring more love and joy into the world.  She can do so now that she has triumphed over a deadly disease (parvo).  Cheryl is a honey & gold Chi-Weenie (Chihuahua & Dachshund), 9 months of age and spayed, great with other dogs, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for her safety. At the time of rescue Cheryl was dangerously ill.  Thanks to extensive medical care, made possible by generous donors, Cheryl made a beautiful recovery.  Please visit and ask for her by name.

Pele is a remarkably sweet and adorable junior puppy with beautiful blue sunbursts in both eyes.  He is a Chi-Weenie (Chihuahua & Dachshund mix), about 8 months of age, good with other dogs, now neutered and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Pele was surrendered to us by his previous owner (who cited her pregnancy as the reason) with a broken hind left leg caused by an accident somehow involving a young child jumping on a bed.  Pele is still healing, so please be sure to plan and budget sufficiently for follow-up veterinary care.  Please help find him a stable, responsible, loving forever home.

Mika is a precious Chi-Weenie puppy (Chihuahua & Dachshund mix), now 3 months of age, spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for her safety. Volunteers and staff adore this playful, bright-eyed baby girl.  Mika was found in distress on one of the busiest roads in west Las Vegas with no sign of responsible ownership (no ID tag, no microchip ID, unspayed).  Please give her kind guidance, a stable lifestyle routine, and basic training.
