Lynnette , a 5-pound sweetheart, looks startled when you praise her. She is realizing that she is wonderful and just as worthy of love as everyone else. Lynnette is a golden-eyed Chihuahua, 2 years young and spayed, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    She was at another shelter that asked for our help due to her timidity.

May May (aka " Tweety ", due in part to her resemblance to a baby chick) is a 5-pound sweetheart who loves to cuddle.  She is housetrained & crate-trained and compatible with cats, dogs, and mature kids.  May May is a blond Chihuahua with a white diamond forehead, 7 years of age and spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  She needed us when her previous owners moved away without her.

Rita , 9, is a tiny (5 pounds) girl with a big personality. Some of her favorite things include playing with cat toys (toy mice), stepping into the shower with people, and getting belly rubs. Rita is good with other dogs, housetrained, a blond Chihuahua, spayed, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. She was at another shelter that asked for our help.

Shella , a 5-pound sweetie with a doe-like appearance, is now healed and ready to join a loving, gentle, forever home.  She is an adorable Chihuahua, 2 years young and spayed, good with other dogs, and awaiting adoption at Nevada SPCA.  At the time of rescue Shella was at another shelter with a broken leg caused by unknown massive trauma. She recovered with us for months and x-rays indicated her healing was successful.  Please visit and ask for Shella by name.

Julia is a 5-pound sweetheart debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. She is a Toy Poodle, 3 years young, good with other dogs, and now spayed.  This tiny girl was found on the streets with no sign of responsible ownership and in very neglected condition.  Thank you to Hair of the Dog Spa for Julia's beautiful grooming transformation. A gentle home environment with a leisurely lifestyle routine may be ideal for her.
