Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Lisa is a luminous youngster who shines when she feels secure.  She is a beautiful, medium-size (32 pounds) blend of many breeds, 3 years of age and spayed, and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Lisa was at another shelter that asked for our help due to her timidity.  She likes other dogs, but may get jealous if she fears they are stealing away all of your attention.  We believe Lisa will thrive wonderfully in an experienced home where she can continue blooming.

Chloe is on the verge of understanding that she is worthy of love.  Found abandoned on the streets, she has no self-esteem and worries that no one likes her.  But touch her tenderly or speak to her kindly and she begins to melt and feel at ease.  Chloe is a medium-size, beautiful Heinz 57 with Labrador Retriever, 2 years young, spayed, good with cats and dogs, and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.   Please provide a very stable home routine she can always count on to help her bloom and reach her full loving potential.

Serena , a sensitive and gorgeous young girl, has improved so much that she can now debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She is a Great Dane with harlequin color patterning, 1 year of age and spayed, and reportedly housetrained.  When we rescued Serena three months ago, this past autumn from another shelter, she was emotionally distraught and irritable.  At first she refused the kindness offered by staff and volunteers, but she gradually settled into her routine and realized she was safe.  Serena's remarkable emotional improvement has been accelerating and this progress can continue in an experienced, adult-only home with Great Dane knowledge.  Serena may be fine with large dogs, but reportedly cannot be around small dogs or any other small animals.  Please help find her a wonderful home where she will continue to reach her full loving potential.

Dixie was at another shelter that asked for our help.  She was curled up in a ball, tense, terrified of everyone and everything.  Dixie does not yet fully understand that she is safe, but she is lifting her head, trusting us and accepting kindness, and making friends with other dogs.  We are so happy to see her bloom and believe she is ready to join a quiet, loving forever home.  Dixie is a petite, pretty Chihuahua mix, 2 years of age and spayed, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Trixie is a beautiful young girl with enormous loving potential.  She was at another shelter that asked for our help because she was very frightened.  Trixie is worried that strangers will hurt her again -- it's clear she has been the victim of cruelty -- but once she trusts you she glows and shines!  Trixie is medium-size, just 38 pounds, 1 year young, spayed, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Her wavy coat, stature, and body shape more resemble a small Golden Retriever than a Chocolate Labrador.
