Bubbles

Image
"Can people see all of the good in me?" Bubbles , 9, longingly looks at each kind person she meets, full of hope they will accept her unconditional devotion.    She is a petite, tri-color Chihuahua, good with other dogs, shy, spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    We rescued Bubbles from another shelter that asked for our help due to her timidity with strangers.

Stanley

Image
"Do you have any idea how much love I can bless you with?" Stanley sees the best in every person he meets.    His adoration for people knows no bounds and your kind words or touch will send his spirits soaring! Stanley is a handsome, tri-color Bully mix, 3 years young and neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    We rescued him from another shelter that ran out of space. Please come meet this amazing boy!

Bebe

Image
Bebe loves bonding with children and adults.  She is a loyal young girl, a medium-size blend of breeds (including German Pinscher), 3 years of age and spayed, housetrained, good with dogs, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  Bebe became homeless for no fault of her own. (Her previous owners welcomed a human family member into their home who is allergic to dogs.)

Bobby

Image
Bobby is a tender-hearted and very bashful boy longing for a peaceful home environment where he can bloom.  He is an incredibly attractive Spaniel mix, 4 years of age and neutered, housetrained, good with dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  Bobby became homeless because he is not good with young children.  We believe he will thrive best in a very gentle home.

Annie

Image
Annie is a petite young girl with a broken heart. (Her previous owner went into hospice.) She is a Toy Fox Terrier, 1 year of age and spayed, housetrained, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    Annie craves being held and comforted.

Bebe

Bebe is a jolly girl and it is easy to fall in love with her. She is a wonderfully friendly Australian Shepherd, 4 years of age and spayed, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. A woman spotted Bebe , in neglected condition, abandoned on a desert road and captured her. Bebe's microchip traced back to a previous owner, who refused her. Bebe is good with medium-size and large-size dogs. But it appears she cannot be around small dogs or other small animals.

Magellan

Image
Magellan , a lovable baby boy, was a bit alarmed by the camera this morning for his pictures, but became playful and light-hearted again as soon as he was back on his feet.  He is a remarkably attractive Dachshund mix puppy, 5 months of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for his safety. Magellan is good with cats and dogs and crate-trained.

Be kind to me and I will bless you with unwavering, unconditional love.

Ranger is ready to believe in people again and just asks for patience and tenderness.  If you kneel down, he will gently approach you and accept your kindness and petting.  Ranger is 18 months young, a neutered boy, a very attractive American Bulldog & Bully mix, ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  We rescued him from another shelter.  Ranger had old and fresh head wounds -- whether from human violence, canine attacks, or other causes is unknown -- but it's clear he had been enduring ongoing trauma.  Ranger needs to just see the best of human nature and human responsibility from now on.

I look for the best in people and other dogs.

Happy is a jubilant young boy with a dazzling smile and rosy outlook on life.  He is an exceptionally attractive, tri-color Pomeranian mix, about 3 years of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Happy enjoys other dogs and needs regular brushing (especially for his mane).  His background is mostly unknown, except that he was confiscated from a home by a police officer.  Please help us find him the best of homes where he never loses his innocence.

They threw me away in the most dangerous of places.

Kassie is a majestic young girl who was running alongside a highway at the time of her rescue.  She had no sign of responsible ownership -- no ID tag, no microchip ID, and she was unspayed -- and her emotional distress suggested that she had been abandoned so cruelly and dangerously right on the highway.  Now, Kassie is calm and spayed and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She is an intelligent, devoted, tri-color German Shepherd mix, about 2 years of age, and she is ready to give her whole heart to someone who will always honor (and never discard) her unconditional love.

I just wanted to be a family member, but they wanted me to be a breeding machine.

Shella is awakening to the immensely bright possibilities of feeling loved and cherished. At the time of rescue though, like countless others who are regarded with dollar signs instead of affection, she was reportedly being used by a backyard breeder to make money off of her puppies. Shella is now spayed and debuting for adoption today.  We want to find her a forever home where she will never again have to doubt whether she is loved. She is a pretty Chihuahua mix, tri-color with mocha & tan & white, plus golden eyes, about 2 years young. Please be patient with Shella as she completes housetraining and adjusts to living primarily indoors.  We doubt she has ever walked on carpet before, or napped on a couch, or cuddled with a person in front of a TV set. In her portrait Shella is sporting a faux-fur lined jacket donated by a volunteer to help keep her warm in her kennel.

Can you make time for me?

Update: Little Peanut was adopted on January 29th! We cannot overemphasize enough how wonderful this baby girl is and how much love she has to share with a new, committed owner. Little Peanut is a petite, tri-color Beagle with mesmerizing eyes, spayed, about 8 months of age, debuting for adoption today. Besides enjoying other dogs, she is reportedly housetrained, crate-trained. Little Peanut needed us because her previous owner did not feel he had enough time for her. We recommend basic dog training to help her continue to channel her energy into good behavior.
