Barney

Image
Barney perceives every day with people as a wonderful day!    He loves meeting and bonding with volunteers and staff, hanging on their every kind word of praise and each loving touch. Barney is great with kids and adults, but reportedly spent years of his life alone and lonely in a backyard. Please welcome him indoors as a valued member of a forever family. Barney is a friendly Labrador Retriever mix, 6 years of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    Please visit and ask for this sweetheart by name.

Mosaic

Image
Mosaic thinks shoelaces are terrific toys, so don't be surprised if she pounces on your feet unexpectedly from time to time. Mosaic is a young social butterfly, a sandy brown tabby, 2 years of age and spayed, great with other cats, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA . She will likely follow you around the house to remain in your presence and to keep you company. We rescued her from another shelter that ran out of space and her past is otherwise unknown.

He needed us when his previous passed away.    Harley David is a very friendly and social Pomeranian, neutered, housetrained & crate-trained, good with dogs and mature kids, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.   Please plan and budget for regular pro grooming.

Please kitten-proof your home for her safety.  Jeanne needed us because the cat in her previous home kept trying to fight her.

Fancy

Fancy , a beautiful soul, is a graceful girl who bonds well with people and cats.  When not socializing, she likes to explore rooms and find interesting new places for her naps.  Fancy is a medium-hair with lovely tortoiseshell coloring, 4 years of age and spayed, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  She needed us when her previous owner passed away.

Max

Image
Max , a gregarious youngster, loves making friends with new people and cats. We believe he has the temperament to be exceptional with gentle children. Max is a Manx mix with hypnotic eyes, 3 years of age and neutered, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA in the Ocean Playroom. He needed us when his previous owners moved away without him.

Seymour

Image
Seymour , an exceptionally attractive young Siberian Husky, is happy when he's with other large dogs, kids, or adults.  His bonds with others matter most and he usually shows no interest in toys.  Seymour is 3 years of age, neutered, housetrained, and ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  We strongly prefer adopting him to a home where he will have a sister or brother dog for constant companionship.

Maximus

Image
Maximus , a jovial, plump, and jolly young English Bulldog, debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  This very social boy adores people!  He is 2 years of age, good with dogs and mature kids, and housetrained.  Maximus needed us due to his previous owner's declining health.  English Bulldog knowledge is needed for his adoption (for care-taking of skin folds, short-nose breeds, etc.).

Gorda

Image
Gorda , 12, a social butterfly, is happy when around people and dogs, but miserable and distressed when alone.  We strongly prefer finding Gorda a home where she will have the companionship of at least one other dog.  Gorda is a tiny, rotund Chihuahua, well-behaved, spayed, and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  She is housetrained & crate-trained and compatible with cats too. Sitting in your lap is one of Gorda's favorite activities.  She needed us when her previous owner moved away without her.

Mirabelle

Image
Mirabelle chirps to request that you hold her in your arms for a petting & purr session.  Toys interest her a little bit, but it's people and cats who fascinate her, so a social home environment is ideal.  Mirabelle is a friendly, gorgeous blue-grey & white longhair, 5 years of age and spayed, ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Binky

Image
Binky is a charming and comical older boy with a youthful spirit and he awaits adoption at Nevada SPCA.  He is a large Bully mix, 10 years of age and neutered, housetrained and crate-trained, and compatible with some dogs.  Binky loves playing fetch and he wants to be around people as much as possible.  Special thanks to Pet'ographique for these new portraits that capture many facets of his personality.

Foxy is a social butterfly who craves attention, walks, and being in your presence as much as possible.  She is a gorgeous, snow-white Siberian Husky, 4 years of age, a spayed girl, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Foxy gets along well with other dogs too.  At the time of rescue she had a severe, long diagonal laceration across her right eye and it was terribly infected.  She is adjusting fine to life with one eye and eager to become a cherished member of a loving, forever home.
