Red Rock

Image
Red Rock's smiling dimples and positive glow overshadow the scarring across his body. He shines with hope. Nutritious food has resulted in a gleam in his coat. Red Rock is unrecognizable from his rescue earlier this year (abandonment at a veterinary hospital, suffering from extreme neglect).    He enjoys people and wants to share his unconditional love.    Red Rock is 3 years of age and neutered, a unique blend of Shar-Pei and other breeds, fine with some dogs, awaiting adoption at Nevada SPCA.    Special thanks to Pet'ographique for capturing his spirit in this portrait.

Jennifer's spirits are soaring!

Look at the remarkable improvement Jennifer has made, physically and emotionally!  You may remember her from earlier this year, perilously in danger from starvation at the time of rescue and in skeletal, malnourished condition.  Pet'ographique is celebrating her progress with these brand new portraits and you can see her spirits are soaring!  Jennifer is a chocolate tuxedo Bully mix, 5 years of age, spayed, and eagerly awaiting adoption at Nevada SPCA. Jennifer loves chasing laser lights and may be compatible with mature kids and some male dogs.

Your kindness has awakened new hope in me.

We are elated to see Callie so happy and beaming!  This is a huge day and achievement for her -- her debut for adoption -- that has been months in the making.  We rescued Callie from another shelter earlier this year.  She had been abused and initially refused to bond with or trust any of us.  But dedicated and patient volunteers and staff have proven to Callie that humans can be kind, thereby awakening in her new hope for her future.  She is still a bit shy, but her progress has been remarkable!  Callie is a medium-size Heinz 57 with Aussie, a unique chocolate & cream & white blend of several breeds, just under 2 years of age and spayed.  Callie is good with other dogs and may do best in a home with a big brother or sister dog.  Please visit and ask for Callie by name at Nevada SPCA.
