Copper's eyes, fearful when assessing new people, can break your heart with the pain they reveal. He is hand-shy and head-shy, along with other indicators of cruel treatment.    Copper , though, is full of tremendous loving potential. Around people he knows and trusts, his posture improves and he walks closely at their side. Copper is an exceptionally attractive youngster, a blend of many breeds, 1 year of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    We rescued him from another shelter that asked for our help.    We hope you will share his picture to help him find a lifelong hero who can prove to him that people are capable of incredible kindness and compassion.

Mozart , realizing that people can be kind and nurturing, is overcoming a violent past and daring to hope for a peaceful future.  He is an exceptionally attractive Dachshund, 5 years of age, a neutered boy, housetrained, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Mozart is especially fearful of strangers and children.  We don't know what he has endured.  Mozart was at another shelter that asked for our help.  A very experienced, adult-only home can help him continue reaching his full loving potential.

Daijon ("God's gift of hope") is ready to bloom in a very stable and kind home environment.  He is a small Australian Cattle Dog, 1 year of age, housetrained, good with other dogs, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Daijon is recovering from abuse and flinches when a woman's hand nears his face.  His previous owner said his wife despised Daijon and may have harmed him while he was on extended travel.  We look forward to the day soon when Daijon's spirits are soaring!  Please help find him a hero.
