Melony is a darling junior puppy with a hazel eye and a blue eye (heterochromia).    Tell her she's a sweetheart and she will look at you in surprise, then begin wagging her tail. Melony is a small, blond blend of many breeds, 8 months of age, good with other dogs, now spayed and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    She was surrendered by her previous owner who refused to share any background information.    We'd love to find a home for Melony where she will be dearly cherished and showered with adoration every day.

Do you remember Wally , the puppy rescued from the Grand Canyon ? Wally , now socialized in a loving foster home and neutered, debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA ! Wally's foster mom says that he loves snuggling even more than playing with his toys. He bonds beautifully with cats and dogs too. Wally is a small blend of many breeds, including Chi-Weenie, and he is now 4 months of age. Please visit and ask for him by name.

Kade , a bashful baby boy, yearns to be another dog's devoted little brother.  He is reserved with people, despite making good emotional progress since his rescue, but feels at great ease when he is around other canines.  Kade is a golden-eyed Bully puppy, 7 months of age and neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  He and his siblings were rescued from another shelter that asked for our help due to the hardship they experienced in their previous home. Kade's siblings have been adopted already, but he needed more time to be ready for his neuter surgery, so today he is finally ready to join a forever home.

Mustang , still so puppy-like at 1 year of age, thinks leashes are toys. So when we attempt to put him on leash, he perceives we are playing ball and tries to "catch" it.  But Mustang is eager to please and a quick learner, therefore, kind guidance in an experienced home will help him with leash training and other good behaviors.  Mustang is a vibrant youngster, a Bully mix with gold eyes, neutered, housetrained, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  He is compatible with other dogs, as long as meals and treats are fed separately.  Mustang was witnessed being abandoned at a veterinary hospital (his previous owner walked in a lobby with him, dropped the leash on the floor, and bolted).  Mustang deserves better and he is ready to love you forever.

Terrance is a junior puppy so affectionate he cannot restrain expressing his adoration for kind people.    He goes into "kissing fits" and smothers your neck and cheeks with his puppy licks. Terrance is a blue-grey & white Bully mix, 8 months of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    He enjoys children and gets along fine with some dogs.    Terrance needed us when his previous owner moved into an apartment with a weight limit for pets.

Copper Diesel Lillian The Golden-Eyed Babies -- Copper , Diesel , and Lillian -- improve daily and learn that humans can be kind.  Sit by them on the floor and they'll sneak into your lap and cuddle with you.  The puppies are 6 months of age, Bully mixes, now spayed/neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  They were at another shelter that asked for our help due to their timidity.  Please be very patient and understanding with them.

These baby boys melt hearts and love being spoiled.  Their foster family said the boys are perfectly aware of how cute they are and take as much advantage as they can with getting into mischief! Buttercup & Honeybee are brothers, bonded for life, Yorkshire & Silky Terrier mixes, 4 months of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption today (Saturday) at 2pm at Nevada SPCA . The boys are compatible with other dogs, partially housetrained, and need your budgeting for regular professional grooming (approximately four times per year).  Due to the intensity of their bond, they need to be adopted together and remain together forever.  They were surrendered by their previous owner ("not enough time" for them).

Valentino is a loverboy who needs someone to adore forever.  He is a thoughtful baby, a blend of German Shepherd and Siberian Husky, 4 months of age, good with other dogs, now neutered and debuting for adoption today at 12pm (noon) at Nevada SPCA .  Valentino's previous owner surrendered him ("don't have time for him").  Please share his pictures to help him find a responsible, stable, lifelong home where he will always be dearly cherished.

Camaro Cammie Camaro and Cammie , brother and sister, enjoy sneaking puppy kisses on the chins of people who praise them.  They are reportedly Shepherd & Spaniel mixes (expected to grow to medium size), 4 months of age, spayed/neutered, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  They were surrendered by their previous owner due to family hardship.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety.

Pixie , a baby girl yearning for love, studies your eyes carefully while you talk to her. She wants to understand every word.  Pixie is an incredibly sweet Chi-Weenie puppy with beautiful brindle coloring and expressive ears. She is 6 months of age, spayed, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . Pixie was at another shelter that asked for our help with her timidity. As soon as she met a confident friend (dog) here, her posture improved and she felt at ease.  Pixie would love to have a big sister or brother dog for companionship and guidance.

Julie , so adorable and puppy-like at 1 year of age, shares her warmth and playfulness with everyone she meets.  She is a medium-size Heinz 57 with Bully, good with other dogs, now spayed and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  A compassionate woman saved Julie from a busy street where she was nearly run over at least twice.  Julie asks for a stable, responsible loving forever home.

Gertrude surprised patrons of a Las Vegas bar when she walked in the lounge seeking help. (They suspected she had just been abandoned outside and was desperate for care. The lounge management and employees searched, without success, for the person(s) who illegally abandoned her.) Gertrude is a petite, delightful junior puppy, a Chihuahua with an affectionate nature, 9 months of age, good with other dogs, now spayed and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .

Goliath , a 102-pound "lap dog" with a puppy-like disposition, shares his sunny nature with everyone he meets. He is a unique blend of breeds, including Smooth Collie & Retriever, 1 year young and neutered, crate-trained, good with kids and large dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . The paint spots on his neck and tail are reportedly from where a child was painting him. Goliath needed us when his previous owners moved out of the country.

Mark , a 5-month-old sweetheart puppy, needs someone he can love forever.  He is a tuxedo Chi-Weenie, good with cats and dogs, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  Mark was just weeks old at the time of rescue when his previous owner passed away. Since then he has been raised and socialized in a wonderful foster home.

Coach delights in lounging in your lap and sits politely on your feet as you prepare his meals.  He is an incredibly adorable baby boy, reportedly a blend of a Miniature Pinscher and a Pug, 3 months of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  Coach is good with dogs and he is used to being around mature children.  He needed us due to his previous owners' hardship.

Jasmine is a thoughtful junior puppy politely asking for your consideration. She needs someone she can love and count on forever.  Jasmine is a Siberian Husky & Shepherd mix with heterochromia (blue eye and dark eye), 9 months of age, good with other dogs (but she may be too robust for some dogs), and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  She was surrendered due to her previous owner's difficulty in training a puppy.

Zeus is an affectionate baby boy who adores children, adults, and dogs. He is a super sweet Labrador Retriever mix, 5 months of age (and growing to large size), crate-trained, and now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA . Zeus was surrendered due to his previous family's hardship. Please puppy-proof your home and yard for his safety.

Theo , a puppy 6 months of age, intently studies the people he meets and carefully assesses situations.  He yearns for order and stability.  Theo is ready to bloom in a loving home with a steady lifestyle routine.  He is an attractive, blond Heinz 57 with Fox Terrier, good with other dogs, housetrained, neutered, and ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  Theo was surrendered by his previous owner due to financial hardship.

Samurai , saved from peril and now beaming with joy, triumphantly debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    He is a fun-loving junior puppy, a Siberian Husky with heterochromia (blue eye and brown eye), 8 months young, neutered, and good with other large dogs. At the time of rescue Samurai was ill with parvo virus. We rushed him to an animal hospital for emergency care. Thanks to generous donors who made his extensive treatment possible, Samurai recovered beautifully.

Jessica is a baby girl who still believes in human kindness, despite whatever horror she endured.  She is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix puppy, 10 months of age, now spayed and triumphantly debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  Jessica was found abandoned with injuries consistent with a violent assault, including bruises and scratches on her neck, face, and eyes.  She is now healed, playing with other dogs, bonding beautifully with her caretakers, and ready for a forever home where she will only know love and peace and the best of human nature from now on.
