Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Johnny is a young boy who enjoys hugging, leaning into you when at your side, and sneaking doggie kisses on your cheeks.  He is a good-looking and friendly blend of Foxhound and Retriever, 1 year of age, good with other dogs, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Johnny was at another shelter that ran out of space.  We believe he has the temperament to be terrific with kids.

Hidalgo as a "lap dog" with Wayne, one of his caretakers Hidalgo gently grabs your hand if you forget to keep petting him. He likes to lean against the people he trusts and bonds with. Strangers worry him and he likes to have a few minutes to warm to new people before they move their hands quickly near his head. Hidalgo is a handsome, enormous Great Dane and he is good with other dogs (unconfirmed) and mature kids. He is 6 years of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption on Sunday, September 4, at 10am at Nevada SPCA. We rescued him from another shelter that asked for our help. Bambi , a devoted girl with a beautiful spirit, likes sitting close, leaning against you, shaking paws.  She is a German Shepherd, 5 years of age and spayed, housetrained & crate-trained, good with kids, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Bambi is very particular about which large dogs she will accept and she cannot be around small animals.  She needed us because one of her previous family members was allergic to her.
