Winston
Winston is tiny (6 pounds), but he has firm and strong resolve to never let anyone hurt him ever again. He may put up a gruff and grumpy demeanor to hide his fear, but it's a pleading demand to spare him further pain. Winston accepts kindness from people he trusts. He wants to love and be accepted. He has enormous potential and will continue improving in a very experienced, adult-only home. Winston is a Chihuahua, 8 years of age, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. He may adjust best in a home with a sister or brother dog. We rescued him from another shelter.
