Playboy , 15, so vibrant and young at heart, shares his glowing smile every time you tell him he's magnificent. (Playboy is the name he arrived with.) He is housetrained & crate-trained and compatible with cats, dogs, and kids. Playboy is a small Heinz 57 with Dachshund, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . He needed us due to his previous owner's hardship.

Aslan's glowing smile reveals his hope to finally know what being loved feels like. We tell him the lonely, bleak days are over and he gives us this smile. Aslan , an Australian Shepherd with a lion-like mane (inspiring his Chronicles of Narnia name), is 8 years of age, a neutered boy, gentle with people of all ages, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA. He is recovering from extreme neglect. Fed human food and forever stuck in a backyard, he ballooned to almost 90 pounds of obesity. We don't believe he was brushed, until the day he arrived at the shelter, and Aslan patiently let us cut out the knots and save as much of his coat as we could. Aslan wants people to be happy with him. We believe he will adjust quickly to a loving home if you are patient and give him kind guidance and understanding.

Jacquelyn wants to welcome you home every day with her glowing smile. She is eager to love someone unconditionally.    Jacquelyn is a young, friendly Jack Russell Terrier, 2 years of age and spayed, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    We rescued her from another shelter that asked for our help.

Carrington , 10, glows with the cheeriest of smiles. He needs a hero please for his emotional and physical challenges. Carrington is a Pomeranian, good with other dogs, neutered boy, ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    We rescued him from another shelter. He requires a leisurely lifestyle due to his heart murmur, which precludes surgery to remove the fatty growth on his chest.    Emotionally, he can get grumpy and fussy when he doesn't get his way, so an experienced, adult-only home is needed to prevent nipping/biting.

Bandit is all about belly rubs, big smiles, and loyalty. He likes to know that being at your side is helpful and appreciated. Bandit glows with goodwill for the people he adores. He is a handsome Queensland Heeler, 6 years of age, neutered boy, housetrained & crate-trained, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    We rescued Bandit from another shelter that asked for our help because he requires a one-dog household.

Kendra is very timid, confused by the death of her previous owner, and eager to figure out how she is supposed to fit in. Give her 15 minutes though to realize you are kind and she will brighten with a glowing smile.   Kendra is a small Malamute, 5 years of age and spayed, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. We are still learning about her and don't know yet whether she is compatible with kids or dogs. (We'll post updates as more is determined.) Kendra needs a calm home environment where she can build her confidence and reach her full loving potential.
