James , 15, purrs in your lap and nuzzles against your arm.    He cherishes very gentle moment with kind people. James needs a hero please. His previous family surrendered him due to a newborn baby's allergies.    James is a solemn and quiet-natured senior, previously declawed, neutered boy, good with other cats, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .

Playboy , 15, so vibrant and young at heart, shares his glowing smile every time you tell him he's magnificent. (Playboy is the name he arrived with.) He is housetrained & crate-trained and compatible with cats, dogs, and kids. Playboy is a small Heinz 57 with Dachshund, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . He needed us due to his previous owner's hardship.

James , 15, needs a hero for his twilight years.  He is a calm-natured, wise, and noble boy who may inspire you with his grace.  James is a Cocker Spaniel, housetrained & crate-trained, good with dogs and kids, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  He needed us when his previous owner became too ill to care for him.

Major Tom , 15, was found disoriented on the side of a road with no sign of responsible ownership.  He is a small, earnest boy, a blend of many breeds (Heinz 57), neutered, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  Major Tom's eyes are full of hope and he deeply appreciates every kind word, touch, and action.  Please help find him a hero.

Betty Boop , 15, had perilous neck wounds at the time of rescue from being attacked by a large dog. We rushed her to an animal hospital for emergency surgery. A second surgery was required too in order to save her life. (Thank you to the donors who made her advanced veterinary care possible!) Throughout, Betty Boop knew everyone was trying hard to save her. Even though she was in pain from the wounds, she patiently allowed all handling and politely trusted her caretakers. This graceful sweetheart is now healed and ready to love someone dearly. She is a wonderfully kind Chihuahua, great with other dogs, spayed girl, triumphantly debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Promise & Peaches , tiny girls who are bonded for life, 9 & 15 years of age, plea for a gentle home where they can remain together and be treasured. At the time of rescue in January, both were in very poor condition from neglect.    Now, after many weeks of loving care and premium food and medical procedures, both are thriving and ready to begin their new lives. They debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Promise is a Shih-Tzu and Peaches is a Toy Poodle mix. Both are housetrained and good with other dogs.    They are strongly bonded and count on each other for emotional support. Please help us find them a hero.
