Sissy , 13, a gentle soul with magical eyes, asks for your consideration so she can love and enjoy peace-of-mind in her golden years.  Sissy is a beautiful Siamese, good with other mellow cats, spayed, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  We rescued her from another shelter that asked for our help.  Rich emotional rewards come with adopting senior and special needs animals.

Joey , 13, solemn and confused, improves daily with bonding with other rescued dogs and his caretakers.  His previous owner passed away and he mourns the loss.  Joey is a petite, plump Miniature Pinscher & Chihuahua, housetrained & crate-trained, neutered, and awaiting adoption at Nevada SPCA .

Angelo , 13, a gentle sweetheart, asks for someone to love for his twilight years.  He is a handsome Collie mix, a neutered boy, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  Angelo is easy to please and appreciates knowing that you are happy with him.  He was at another shelter that ran out of space.

After Before Before Buttercup's rescue & recovery: This docile boy, 13 years of age and 24 pounds in weight, was suffering from some of the most severe matting on a feline that we have seen in years. His previous owners not only let him roam the neighborhood, but then left him behind when they moved away. Buttercup knew his caretakers wanted to help him and he held still and let them shave away years of accumulated knots and giants matted folds. Under all of this, his skin was in poor, flaky condition. With premium food and special skin oils, Buttercup's skin is improving significantly every day. Buttercup loves being held in gentle arms or cuddling up in cozy cat beds. DJ & Bougado , both 13, needed us when their previous owner passed away.  The boys are recovering from the heartbreak and beginning to become hopeful for love for their twilight years. Bambi , 13 and blind, pleads for a hero for her twilight years. Your kind touch and words mean everything to her.    Bambi is a Beagle & Chihuahua mix, housetrained & crate-trained, good with other dogs, spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    She needed us when her previous owner moved away without her.

Princess Iris , 13, blind and declawed, feels most at peace in very gentle arms.    She gets most excited for wet/canned food and finding fluffy blankets for her catnaps.    Princess Iris is compatible with other calm cats. She is spayed and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA. Princess Iris may do best starting out in one room of your home. Once she memorizes/learns its layout, then you can give her the option of a second room, and so on.    She needed us due to her previous owner's deteriorating health and mobility. Rascal & Rosie , 13-year-old siblings, brother and sister, plead for a gentle home.    The soul-mates needed us when their previous owner's health severely deteriorated. Both are housetrained, crate-trained, and good with dogs.    They thrive with order and routine.    Please help find them a hero. Romeo & Mikey , 13 and 16 years of age, needed us when their previous owner passed away.  Both boys are Chihuahuas, housetrained & crate-trained, and good with other dogs.  The boys are soul-mates and need to stay together forever please.  Both can get a little fussy about their faces being touched, so an adult-only home is ideal. We have no information on when or how Mikey lost his right eye.  Please help find Romeo & Mikey a hero. They are now ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.

Foxy , 13, is an intelligent, well-behaved girl asking for a peaceful home where she will have someone appreciative to love. Foxy is a lovely blend of Aussie Cattle Dog & Shiba Inu. She is housetrained, spayed, and good with cats, dogs, and kids, and ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Foxy is terrified of bikes and skateboards, perhaps due to a past trauma, and needs a home where these pieces of equipment are not operated in her presence. She needed us due to her previous owner's financial hardship.

Duke , 13, is a well-behaved, lovable boy with a puppy-like appearance and a serene disposition.  He is housetrained and good with other dogs.  Duke is a unique blend of breeds, including Spaniel (and his previous owner believed him to be a Mini Australian Shepherd), neutered, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  He needed us due to his previous owner's declining health.  Please share Duke's picture to help find him someone wonderful.

Miss Azalea , 13, well-behaved and wise, appreciates every kind word and touch. She is a soulful Boxer mix, spayed, housetrained & crate-trained, good with cats & dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    Miss Azalea was abandoned by her previous owners at an animal hospital. Loki , 13, a gentle soul, needs someone to love.  He needed us when his previous owner became terminally ill. He is so confused by what has happened, but he's trying to adjust and accept the friendship and companionship of other rescued cats, as well as his caretakers.  Loki is a good-looking grey & white longhair, neutered boy, awaiting adoption in the Ocean Playroom at Nevada SPCA.  Please help find a hero for Loki .

Serenity , 13, a gentle and dear soul, asks for a hero. She is a Bully & Boxer mix with a blue sunburst in her right eye, a spayed girl, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Serenity is reportedly housetrained and good with dogs and kids.  She became homeless when her previous owner abandoned her with a roommate.

Monte , 13, is still youthful and puppy-like in his zest for life.  He is a small (16 pounds) Heinz 57 with a curly-Q tail and bronze eyes, likely a blend of Chihuahua and other breeds, neutered boy, good with other dogs, ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  We rescued Monte from another shelter.  Please visit and ask for him by name.
