Patrick worries that people don't like him. He carefully studies new people for signs and doesn't feel worthy of love. Patrick is magnificent, but does not yet know it.    Each day he seems to build a bit more self-esteem and confidence. Compliment him with reassurances and praise and he hangs on to your words to feel better. Chloe is on the verge of understanding that she is worthy of love.  Found abandoned on the streets, she has no self-esteem and worries that no one likes her.  But touch her tenderly or speak to her kindly and she begins to melt and feel at ease.  Chloe is a medium-size, beautiful Heinz 57 with Labrador Retriever, 2 years young, spayed, good with cats and dogs, and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.   Please provide a very stable home routine she can always count on to help her bloom and reach her full loving potential.

Duncan worries that people disapprove of him.    Once reassured that you are pleased with him, he begins to calm and sit closer to you.    It's heartbreaking he has such little self-esteem at 7 years of age, but it's certainly not too late for him to come to realize that he is magnificent and worthy of love.
