Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Ella , a docile spirit, junior kitten, so soft she is described by a volunteer as "like holding a cloud", asks for a stable, responsible loving forever home.  She is a gorgeous Ragdoll, 11 months of age and spayed, good with other cats, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  Ella was surrendered by her previous owners who cited a busy travel schedule.  We want to find her an indoor-only home where she will be dearly cherished as a valued member of the family.

Sheila is a tiny, endearing Shih-Tzu who needs someone to love.  She has a docile spirit and she likes other calm dogs. Sheila is approximately 5 years of age, now spayed and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Please plan and budget for regular professional grooming. She was found on the streets with no sign of responsible ownership (no ID tags, no microchip ID, not spayed).  Please visit and ask for Sheila by name.

Millicent , 12, a severe neglect and malnutrition survivor, arrived yesterday from another shelter that asked for our help.    She may have given up hope years ago, but her eyes widened when we introduced her to other dogs for companionship and when we held and reassured her. Millicent is a Maltese, spayed girl, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    Please help find her a hero and she will realize that it's definitely not too late for a fresh start and the ability to know what being cherished feels like.

Tonka would love a sister or brother cat who will accept his big, gentle 23 pound hugs.    He is so docile that others cats are drawn to him and comforted by his closeness and nurturing spirit. With people, Tonka though is bashful. Once you are familiar to him, he becomes warm-hearted and cuddly.    Tonka is 4 years of age and neutered, a classic tabby, awaiting adoption at Nevada SPCA in the Treehouse Playroom.
