Zabrina is a majestic young adult who turns into a young kitten again every time she detects catnip on her toys, blankets, or scratching posts. She rolls on her back, purring heartily from side to side, lost in euphoria. Zabrina is a leonine, blue & cream & white (dilute calico) medium-hair, 3 years of age and spayed, good with other cats, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .    She was found abandoned on the streets with no sign of responsible ownership.

Clara is an adorable baby girl who needs someone to love. She was adopted from another shelter, but the family's other cat refused to accept her and they brought her to us. Rose would love to become a valued member of a family with a quiet, steady home life. Sweetness , a bright-eyed young girl with a gentle and beautiful spirit, is ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  She needed us because she was in a previous home, declawed (front paws), and the family's other cats were picking on her.  Sweetness is drawn to tender people and likes curling up safely at their side.  She is a longhair blue & cream & white (dilute calico) with a stunning appearance, 2 years of age and spayed.

Bunny chirps and begins purring when you call her name.  She is a social baby girl and adores the companionship of people and cats who like to cuddle with her.  Bunny is an angelic kitten with blue & cream & white coloring (dilute calico), 4 months of age and spayed, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Bunny needs a hero.  Due to a birth defect (spina bifida) she has incomplete development of her spinal cord.  She walks by hopping and can even jump small distances with the same motions.  Please take extra thorough precautions for her safety throughout your home.

Lani and Mya , baby sisters, were raised and socialized in a loving foster home after their rescues as newborns.  Lani was inseparable from her foster family's Labrador Retriever -- playing with him, following him around, and snuggling against him during naps.  Mya enjoys chasing laser lights and wiggly toes. Agatha is a very elegant, easy-going girl who softly meows for attention and reassurance.  She is a gorgeous blue, cream & white (dilute calico) longhair, about 6 years of age, spayed, good with cats, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Agatha's previous owner became critically ill and needed long-term hospitalization and hospice.  Her home had the power shut off and Agatha lived inside without electricity for one month, while others brought her food and water.  She was understandably traumatized and distraught at the time of rescue, but volunteers and staff have succeeded in helping her feel comfortable and reassured.

Minxy is a gorgeous, quiet-natured girl who would love to join your loving, forever home.  She is a blue, white, and cream (dilute calico) medium-hair, about 7 years of age, and spayed, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Minxy gets along well with other cats and we believe a gentle household is ideal for her.  Minxy needed us when her previous owner became too ill to care for her further.

Brigitte Catherine Cherie Honey Bun Mademoiselle We rescued Mademoiselle and her four newborns, then just 4 days old, back in July, on one of the hottest days of the year.  Mademoiselle had given birth to her babies in someone's backyard. Mademoiselle was so fatigued and dehydrated that we worried she would be too weak to care for her babies.  We rushed the five cats into foster care and showered them with loving attention, and Mademoiselle proved to be a wonderful, nurturing mother. Now, Mademoiselle and her kittens are spayed and ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Mademoiselle is an exceptionally affectionate silver tabby, 3 years of age.  Her daughters are 4 months of age, and all are loving, playful, and athletic.  Brigitte is a shorthair dilute calico.  Catherine is a shorthair tortoiseshell & white.  Cherie is a medium-hair torbie.  And Honey Bun is a medium-hair calico. They need indoor-only home...

Bethany Betty Bianca These three sweetheart kittens -- Bethany , Betty , and Bianca -- are now ready for adoption.  They are sisters, spayed, Dilute Calico (blue & cream), about 7 months of age. They can be adopted separately, but please consider a pair, or the trio, for lifelong companionship. We rescued the trio from a family who did not want them anymore.  These kittens deserve better. This petite girl is peachy and remarkably captivating, with wonderful love for kind people. We rescued Lottery from a parking lot.  She had been dumped in a container without food or water.  Thankfully one of our volunteers happened to be walking by and heard her cries. She had a golf ball-sized tumor on her hip.  An exceptionally compassionate donor stepped up for her and covered the cost of her surgery to have it removed.  She has healed beautifully (and there is almost no sign now that it had ever been there). Lottery is a darling dilute calico (blue, cream, and white), shorthair, spayed girl, about 9 years of age, with eyes that plead for understanding. While she adores people, she is not so fond of other cats, and may do best as the only feline in the home.   Please visit Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms and ask for Lottery by name.

Lady enjoys playing with feather toys, being gently scratched under her chin, and curling up on chairs you have warmed up for her. She is a beautiful dilute calico (blue & cream & white), medium-hair, spayed, about 6 years of age.  She was previously declawed. Lady is a tad on the shy side, but very warm with those she knows and trusts, and she is ready to share her affection once she gets used to her new environment. As with all cats, we seek an indoor-only home for her safety and protection. Update: Purr-dee was adopted on October 11th! One of our staff came upon a person in a parking lot handing away this beautiful cat and her newborn kittens. Realizing the babies could not possibly survive without their mother, our staff person convinced him to immediately give her mom and all five kittens at no charge. Unfortunately, the kittens were in terrible, sickly condition.  We rushed them into medical care at a veterinary hospital, but despite best efforts only two survived.  (They will be available for adoption once they are old enough and healthy enough to be spayed/neutered.) We named momma " Purr-dee " due to her lovely blue-cream-white coloring and loud purring.  She is a doll. Purr-dee is now spayed and ready for adoption.  She is 2 years young and hoping for a caring, committed owner who will show her the better side of human nature. Patches lost her dad, who was sent to Iraq. Then, her mom died. Patches feels lost and unsure, worried that the people she loves and the things she counts on and enjoys will disappear again. She is a beautiful dilute calico (blue-grey, cream, & white), spayed female, approximately 4 years of age. Patches is loving and she plays gently. Her dainty, graceful behaviors include cupping her drinking water in her paw before licking it up. Patches is ready for adoption today in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.
