Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Slevin hopes his new owner will love getting licks and kisses! He expresses his gratitude for kindness with great affection and joy. Slevin is an American Bulldog mix, 4 years of age and neutered, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. He is wonderfully friendly and we believe he has the temperament to be exceptional with mature kids. Slevin may be fine with larger dogs (unconfirmed), but cannot be around small animals. We rescued him from another shelter and his background is mostly unknown, except that a police officer confiscated him from his previous home. Slevin deserves to know what a very loving home feels like.

Chesapeake is one of many dogs rescued this year from dumpsters.    This used to only happen a few times annually -- always terribly disturbing, and certainly a reflection on the person acting so cruelly rather than anything to do with the an imals.    Sadly, dumpster discarding of animals seems to be becoming more commonplace and we worry about all of those who are not found in time to be saved.    Chesapeake is a gentle soul, an Italian Greyhound & Chihuahua mix, 5 years of age, a spayed girl, good with other calm dogs, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    She is an emotional, loving being who deserves to be cherished and showered with kindness.
