"You're all I have, so please don't give up on me." Pumba , a young Abyssinian guinea pig, was surrendered when his previous family "got bored" with him.    He is especially shy and fearful of people, so an experienced owner with the patience to help him get socialized is needed.    Pumba is 1 year young and ready for adoption today in the Lovebug Room at Nevada SPCA.

Cinderella wants to know what being the center of attention feels like.  She is a beautiful spirit, a tiger tabby, 2 years young and spayed, fine with other cats, and awaiting adoption at Nevada SPCA .  Cinderella was deceptively abandoned by her previous owner.  Like the fictional Cinderella , she certainly deserves so much better.  Please visit and ask for her by name.

Bebe is a jolly girl and it is easy to fall in love with her. She is a wonderfully friendly Australian Shepherd, 4 years of age and spayed, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. A woman spotted Bebe , in neglected condition, abandoned on a desert road and captured her. Bebe's microchip traced back to a previous owner, who refused her. Bebe is good with medium-size and large-size dogs. But it appears she cannot be around small dogs or other small animals.

Baloo , radiant at 11 years of age, loves kids and adults and wants to devote himself to someone wonderful.    He is an attractive blend of breeds, including Smooth Collie and Aussie Cattle Dog, a neutered boy, good with most dogs, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA. Baloo was surrendered to another shelter because he began having accidents in the house. We are also troubled by what he may have endured there due to the deep, severe wounds he had on both front paws.    Adoption is forever. Baloo deserves someone who will cherish him for life.

Ernie kisses the chins of people who are kind and sweet to him.  He is a devoted young boy, a Heinz 57 with Yellow Labrador Retriever and other breeds, 1 year of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Ernie was found abandoned, tied to a post in a parking lot.  He deserves so much better.

Emmanuel , an adorable junior puppy, most likely a Longhair Chihuahua and Papillon mix, debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    He enjoys other sweet dogs and he is about 10 months of age and now neutered. Please puppy-proof your home for his safety. Emmanuel was brought to us by a couple who were shocked to find him abandoned inside their home (with no sign of responsible ownership). They said they did not know who abandoned them there or how they got him inside.    Emmanuel deserves better and asks for a stable, loving forever home.

Honeybear is young at heart and enjoys chasing frisbees with the volunteers in our courtyard.  He is an angelic Chocolate Labrador Retriever, about 9 years of age, a neutered boy, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Honeybear adores kind people and he is reportedly housetrained.  At the time of rescue Honeybear was at another shelter and needed us because of his age.  He had reportedly been surrendered there because he no longer wanted to play with the children in his previous family.
