Lafayette craves attention! He is a good-natured boy and your happiness is important to him.  Lafayette is a medium-size (40 pounds) Catahoula Leopard Dog mix, 7 years of age and neutered, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  He was at another shelter that ran out of space.

Pookie , 13, craves attention and barks in sorrow if he thinks you are ignoring him. When you talk sweet, he beams with overflowing joy. Pookie is a Lhasa Apso & Shih-Tzu, housetrained, good with cats & dogs & kids, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    He was surrendered due to his previous owner's hardship.

Roo is an inquisitive and engaging youngster who craves attention and affection.  He is a super cute Jack Russell Terrier mix with cupped ears, 2 years of age and neutered, housetrained, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  Roo was surrendered because his previous owner had disabilities and kept tripping over him.

Calista , a radiant junior puppy, craves attention and gives kisses to the people who shower her with praise. She is an adorable Yorkshire Terrier, 11 months of age, housetrained & crate-trained, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . Calista was surrendered by her previous family for nipping/snapping/biting. We have not witnessed this behavior from her, but to err on the safe side for dog bite prevention, an experienced home is required for her please.

Monte Carlo is a charming, chatty youngster who craves attention and adoration.  He is a super cute Maltese mix, 1 year young, good with other dogs, neutered, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  Monte Carlo's coat will grow long again, so please budget plenty for regular professional grooming for all of his years to come.

Slick , a Boston Terrier, is confused by all of the changes and his homelessness, but he is accepting care and trying to adjust.    He likes being babied and smiles when you praise him. Slick is housetrained, crate-trained, and good with dogs and kids, 5 years of age, a neutered boy, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Slick was reportedly doing very well in his previous home until a young boy moved into the household. While he had been fine with kids before, he was reportedly intolerant of this child.

Marigold craves attention and adoration.    She is a Maltese mix, 1 year young, a spayed girl, good with other dogs, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. All indications suggest that Marigold came from a dreadful home (banished to only a balcony, taunted by children, more) prior to abandonment at another shelter.    Marigold wants to bond with adults, but she fears children and won't tolerate them.    Please share her picture to help find a stable, responsible home where she will always know she is safe and loved.
