Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Stallion , gaining more weight and energy and hope every day, is recovering well from starvation. The sparkle is coming back in his eyes and he's now giving his caretakers doggie kisses. Stallion is a young and gentle boy, likely a blend of Greyhound & Great Dane & Labrador, 1 year of age, good with other large dogs, and now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA . He was found abandoned and emaciated in a park. We suspect he had not eaten a full meal in many days. Kodiak , 9, recovering from starvation, builds a bit more hope, energy, and muscle mass each day.    Please keep him on premium, nutritious meals and treats to continue his progress (as he has much more body tissue to add in the weeks and months to come). Kodiak is a regal Alaskan Malamute and he is housetrained, neutered, good with other dogs (of all sizes, reportedly) and cats (unconfirmed), fine with older kids, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    We rescued him from another shelter.
