Ryan , a gentle and thoughtful baby boy, asks for a forever home where he will be dearly cherished. He is a Shih-Tzu puppy, 6 months of age, good with other sweet dogs, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA . Ryan needed us due to his previous owner's declining health. Please plan and budget for lifelong professional grooming (approximately 4-6 times annually).
