Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Please help find a hero for Vanilla Bean .  She was in perilous, emaciated condition at the time of rescue.  Since then her veterinarian determined she has hyperthyroidism (a glandular disorder) and on a special diet over the months she has regained some weight and energy.  Vanilla Bean now feels adventurous enough to roam the central corridor that houses the cat condo playrooms, meeting every visitor who wants to say hello to her.  Vanilla Bean is a snow-white medium-hair, about 6 years of age and spayed, awaiting adoption at Nevada SPCA.

Update: Vanilla Bean was adopted on December 18th! Vanilla Bean is a precious youngster, still a puppy at 9 months of age, who will do best in a quiet, stable home. Though shy with strangers, he is very loving and warm with those he knows and trusts. Vanilla Bean is reportedly a Malti-Poo (Maltese & Poodle mix).  He is a neutered boy, debuting for adoption today. He needed us because someone in his previous home was allergic to him. Vanilla Bean is great with friendly dogs and he is reportedly housetrained (with a doggie door), crate-trained, and fine with older children. Please puppy-proof your home for his safety and plan on regular professional grooming care for him.

Update 2: Double Fudge Brownie was adopted on December 24th! Update: Vanilla Bean was adopted on December 23rd! Double Fudge Brownie (pictured here), and her sister Vanilla Bean , are lively, sweet puppies with often comical personalities. Both girls are loving and blessed with gentle natures. Double Fudge Brownie & Vanilla Bean are Labrador Retriever mixes, both spayed, and about 5 months of age. They debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. The girls can be adopted separately, but we give preference to adopting them together for lifelong love and companionship.
