Claudia

Image
Claudia , 18, treasures peaceful moments and tender touches.  She is gentle and beautiful soul, a tortie point Siamese, spayed, fine with other cats, previously declawed, and awaiting a hero adoption at Nevada SPCA .  Claudia was surrendered by her previous owners when relatives allergic to cats joined their household.  Please share Claudia's picture and help find her someone wonderful.

Cordelia

Image
Cordelia , still looking and acting like a kitten at 1 year of age, refused to have her picture taken this morning. When she realized we wouldn't give up, she gave us this disapproving look -- and still looks cute as can be! Cordelia is a beautiful tortie point Siamese, a playful girl, spayed, good with other cats, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .    She enjoys being held and her favorite game is batting around paper balls.

Hailey

Hailey , a rescued baby girl, photographed moments ago waiting for someone to adopt her while she snuggles with her unicorn stuffed animal toy. Hailey's favorite activities include climbing cat towers and patrolling the house. She gives kitten kisses too! Hailey is a tortie point Siamese medium-hair kitten, 5 months of age, wearing a good luck charm brooch courtesy of her foster mom. She is spayed and ready to join a loving, forever home today. Please come meet her at Nevada SPCA .

Philippa

Philippa is especially content lounging at your side while you watch TV or read a book.  Building an ever-growing bond with you is very important to her.  Philippa is a gorgeous young girl, a tortie point Siamese, 3 years of age and spayed, previously declawed, good with other cats, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  She needed us after her previous owner abandoned her at a veterinary clinic with her kittens. (Her kittens have already been adopted.)  Please visit and ask for Philippa by name.

Kira

Image
Kira , fascinated by new things, hopes you will bring home little toys or objects every day that she can fully investigate. A leaf. A wad of paper. A ping pong ball. Kira is a spunky baby girl now spayed and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA . She is a tortie point Siamese kitten, 3 months of age, and great with other cats.    At the time of rescue Kira was in a family's backyard without her mother and in danger of being harmed by their dogs.    Please keep her always safely indoors.

Can't I live indoors in safety and comfort?

Mena is a petite, captivating girl with soft blue eyes and she is now ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  A gentle home is best for her, indoors-only, of course.  Mena's previous owner kept her outdoors and she was so neglected that besides all of the grime and dirt in her coat, two of her claws had grown so long they had circled and torn into her paws.  When they dumped her they brought her in a shabby box that she quickly escaped from, and then she hid under a dumpster, terrified.  Mena is a gorgeous Tortie Point Siamese, about 6 years of age, spayed, and best-suited for a calm lifestyle.

Though I cannot see it, I know the world is an ever-more beautiful place.

Update: Lilly was adopted on September 9th! Lilly enjoys gently nibbling on your fingers. She has a come a very long way, transforming from a feral cat surviving on her own on the streets to a sweet, domesticated feline who has learned that humans can be kind. Lilly is a gorgeous Tortie Point Siamese, spayed female, about 6 years of age. She is available for adoption in Nevada SPCA's Cat Condos. She has a quiet, humble, affectionate nature. Lilly is blind in both eyes, so small spaces are best for her to feel content and secure. Please be patient with her, perhaps letting her start in a little room in your home so that she can easily find her food, water, litter box, and bedding, then allow her more home access as she gains confidence. As with all cats, it is imperative she lives strictly indoors for her safety and protection. If you have a tender touch, Lilly would love to go home with you. Please visit and ask for this angel by name. Special thanks to Pet'ographique f...
