Update: Thomas was adopted on August 12th! Imagine being handed around from person to person like a piece of property, repeatedly failed by those who you love and depend on. It should come as no surprise that Thomas has become a strong-willed little boy. He had to try and stand up for himself while others let him down. We rescued him from another shelter, so the "musical chairs" is over. We seek for him a very committed new owner who will help him understand that adoption is forever and that he belongs now to a lifelong family. Thomas is a Yorkshire Terrier, neutered, 3 years young. Since he could be nippy if placed in fearful or anxious situations, an experienced, adult-only home is required. Thomas is fine with most dogs. But please note he can get jealous of them and start trouble. He needs regular professional grooming care, so please budget extra accordingly.
