Florence , 10, loves to swim and splash in wading pools and lakes.  She is a beautiful, gentle spirit, a Saint Bernard, housetrained & crate-trained, good with dogs and kids, spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  Florence loves apple slices and veggies for her treats.  She was surrendered by her previous owner who cited the small size of her backyard as the reason.  Please visit in person and ask for Florence by name.

Tell me that you are happy with me.

Paisley survived a house fire and we continued her treatment for smoke inhalation.  Her previous family decided to surrender her to Nevada SPCA so Paisley could find a loving home as soon as possible, because their housing situation could remain unsettled for many months, or longer.  Paisley is a gentle, very good-natured Saint Bernard, 5 years of age, spayed, housetrained, good with dogs and mature kids, and she debuts for adoption today.  She is blind in her left eye from an old injury.  Paisley enjoys stuffed animal toys and likes to hear you tell her that you're happy with her.

I did not do anything wrong, did I?

Update: Harley was adopted on September 25th! Like so many other innocent companion animals, especially the past two years, Harley is a victim of the home foreclosure crisis. He does not understand why he lost his home and family. But he is a noble boy and he has tremendous loving potential. He is reportedly housetrained and fine with older, mature kids. Harley's previous owners said he cannot be around small animals, but he is fine with some larger dogs. In addition, they said he is nervous around adult men who he does not yet know or trust. Saint Bernard knowledge and/or experience is required for Harley's adoption.

I am zany, yes, but in the most adorable of ways.

Update: Mercedes was adopted on January 27th! Mercedes is an outgoing, theatrical girl with a heart of gold. She is a beautiful Saint Bernard, spayed, about 5 years young. Mercedes needed us due to her previous owner's severe allergies. We believe she is housetrained, but this is not confirmed. (She lived indoors, according to her previous owner.) Please plan on regular brushing and grooming care for Mercedes and plan accordingly. Saint Bernard knowledge and/or experience is required for her adoption.
