Ruthie , a pregnant rescued junior puppy, still needs a foster hero, so we took these new pictures of her this morning to capture her sunny spirit.    She has relaxed and bloomed exceptionally well in the past 48 hours. Ruthie , 13, is a tiny and very kind lady asking for a gentle home.  She is a blond Chihuahua, good with other dogs, now spayed and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Ruthie's background is mostly unknown, except that she was "unwanted" in a loveless home.  Her heart soars when you praise her and tell her she is an angel and forever safe.
