Perry is a playful baby boy with pleading eyes. Your approval is very important to him.    Perry is a blend of small breeds (including Chihuahua & Italian Greyhound & more), 6 months of age, good with other dogs, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA. Perry was found abandoned on a freeway exit ramp. Special Halloween adoption hours today: 10am-2pm.

Perry , just 4 weeks of age, is one of a dozen baby bunnies we rescued yesterday from another shelter that asked for our help.    They need gentle, nurturing foster homes please for about 2 months (for socialization and until they are old enough to be spayed/neutered). If you can help, please visit Nevada SPCA in person and ask for Brandy. The babies love exploring their habitats and chewing timothy hay. We gave them a big, fresh green salad shortly after their arrival yesterday afternoon and they were bouncing in joy and trying all of the different flavors and textures.

Perry and her brother were just found in distress behind a grocery store, less than a day old, with their mother nowhere in sight. Here she is just minutes ago accepting care and nourishment from Lani, a staff member who is now her surrogate mother. We cannot say thank you enough to foster parents who are heroes for newborns like Perry (pictured here) and other fragile animals, and to all of you who support Nevada SPCA with donations of funds or animal rescue supplies.
