Odie , young at heart at 11 years of age, beams with hope that he will soon have someone to love. Odie is a Jack Russell Terrier, housetrained & crate-trained, good with other dogs and older kids, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    He was surrendered due to his previous owners' hardship.

Odie is breathtakingly cute, very playful and excitable, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  He is a Yorkshire Terrier mix puppy, about 7 months of age, neutered, and in need of regular professional grooming.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for his safety. Odie was at another shelter and needed rescue because he had parasites (giardia).  We had him treated for several weeks and his veterinarian has now cleared him for adoption.  Odie is very picky about other dogs, so please be sure to bring your dog to meet him to ensure they get along.

Update: Odie was adopted on June 5th! A fun-loving, rambunctious puppy, Odie is a heart-stealer. We believe he will do best in an experienced home where he can get more socialization. Odie is a super cute Yorkshire Terrier mix, neutered male, 7 months young, debuting for adoption today. Besides being housetrained and crate-trained, Odie is good with other sweet dogs and kind, mature children. Please plan on regular grooming care for him, budgeting extra accordingly. Odie needed us because his previous owner did not have the time or money to care for him properly. Please be sure you can make a lifetime commitment to him before adopting him (or any other companion animal).
