Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Monty leaps into your arms for cuddling and puppy kisses!  He sees every waking moment as a grand opportunity for joy and affection.  Monty is a Labrador Retriever mix puppy, 5 months of age and neutered, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption this morning at Nevada SPCA .  He was at another shelter that ran out of space and asked for our help.

Monty may run, leap, and join you at the sink. He likes the feel of running water from the faucets flow over his paws. He is fascinated that water cannot be captured. Monty is an adorable and lovable tuxedo kitten, 3 months of age and neutered, great with other cats, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .    He has been nurtured and socialized in a wonderful foster home since his rescue from the streets.

Monty loves being your baby, all 22 pounds of him cradling in your arms, while he purrs listening to your praise. He is good with cats, dogs, and children. Monty's favorite toys are large (large enough to not be a choking hazard) bottle caps he chases across the floor.    He is an orange tabby, 4 years of age, neutered, previously declawed (front paws), and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.    Monty needed us when his previous family moved away without him.

Such an enchanting boy, we think Monty is magical and he has a stellar temperament. The best guess is that he is an Affenpinscher & small Terrier mix.  He is neutered and about 2 years young. He is affable and lovable, yet he has ridiculously bounced around from owner to owner.  We know he was recently at a government-funded shelter, adopted from there, and then surrendered to us for no stated reason. Monty gets along well with other dogs.  His wiry outer coat may need weekly brushing. Special thanks to Pet'ographique for capturing his endearing spirit in this beautiful portrait.

We think Monty is gifted with hypnotic eyes.  They mesmerize, in our opinion, and cast a good spell, generating empathy for him. He is an Affenpinscher and Terrier mix, neutered boy, 2 years young, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Monty's past is mostly unknown.  We rescued him from another shelter that had run out of space for him. He enjoys other friendly and sweet dogs and needs regular brushing care. Update 3: Tobey was adopted on March 12th! Update 2: Monty was adopted on March 11th! Update: Sandy & Jasper were adopted on March 10th! Sandy (right) and her brothers Jasper (left), Monty & Tobey are adorable little angels, sweet as can be, debuting for adoption today. They are Pomeranian mixes and we expect them to remain small in size. They spayed/neutered and approximately 3 months of age. Please carefully puppy-proof your home & yard for their safety and protection. The Pomeranian Mix Puppies have been well-socialized in a wonderful, caring foster home since their rescue -- when just 5 days old! Needless to say, a ton of love saved these motherless pups. They can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting a pair for lifelong companionship. Please be sure to plan on regular grooming care (and budget extra accordingly).
