Valentine , 10, an endearing girl asking for a fresh start, wonders what being loved feels like.    She is a gentle Malti-Poo, spayed girl, good with other dogs, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Valentine was at another shelter that asked for our help due to her severe neglect. Her entire, matted coat had to be shaved away. We could not even see her face at the time of rescue. Once the knots were gone, her sweet and pleading brown eyes were finally revealed.

Trudy cannot hear you reassure her, so your actions, touch, and body language are critical in helping her feel secure.  She is a Malti-Poo, 6 years of age and spayed, good with other calm dogs, deaf, and ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Trudy gets anxious about her face being touched unexpectedly or if she thinks a child is going to try and pick her up. A very gentle and peaceful home environment with a steady routine is ideal for her.

At the time of rescue Katrina's spirit was dulled from despair.  She was in neglected condition and had apparently been discarded by being recklessly thrown over a fence into someone's backyard.  Fortunately for Katrina , the yard belonged to Nevada SPCA volunteers and the couple's dogs were gentle and sweet to her.  Katrina is now brightening with renewed vitality.  She is a Malti-Poo (Maltese & Poodle mix), spayed girl, 2 years young, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Katrina craves kindness and reassurance.  Please help us find her someone who will shower her with love and remain committed to her for life. 

Catalina is a cuddly, tender-hearted junior puppy debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She is a Malti-Poo (Maltese & Poodle mix), about 9 months of age and now spayed.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for her safety. Catalina enjoys other sweet dogs and she needs regular professional grooming.  The kind woman who picked her up off the streets was able to locate her owner, but the person shocked her by telling her just to keep the dog because she didn't want "it" anymore.  Catalina deserves better and she is ready to bless someone with lifelong love and devotion.

It is a joy to see Daisy May awakening to the joys of loving care and attention.  The victim of years of physical and emotional neglect, Daisy May's spirit had understandably dulled.  She was a matted mess at the time of rescue, unrecognizable from how she looks today.  Daisy May has a new sparkle in her eye and she is triumphantly debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She is a Malti-Poo (Maltese & Poodle mix), 8 years of age, spayed girl, good with other dogs.  Please adopt Daisy May and shower her with adoration.

Grace is an adorable puppy who craves attention and she likes to play fetch.  She is a Malti-Poo (Maltese & Poodle mix) wearing a natural tuxedo, spayed girl, 10 months of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for her safety. Grace is reportedly housetrained and good with older, mature kids.  Grace lost her previous home for not getting along with another dog.  But she was not spayed at the time (and she is now spayed) and our experience is that she is compatible with most dogs.  Please plan and budget for regular professional grooming for her.

Hula Hoop earns her name with her excitable, wiggly dance!  She is a precious Malti-Poo puppy (Maltese & Toy Poodle), spayed girl, 3 months of age, ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. At the time of rescue she was very sick with the deadly parvo virus.  We had extensive medical care provided for her and she triumphantly made a full recovery!
