25 rescued motherless kittens so far today need foster homes! Please share this post to help. If you can foster, please visit Nevada SPCA in person and ask for Lauren. Lucas , pictured here, is about 5 weeks of age. He and his siblings need loving care and socialization in a foster home for approximately 2 months. Thank you to all of you who share these very important pleas for foster heroes for fragile lives!

Lucas is a peppy, cute, and lovable youngster debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. He is a Yorkshire Terrier, 1 year of age, now neutered. Lucas likes other dogs and looks forward to joining you for fun activities. He is recovering well from neglect. Lucas was abandoned by his previous owner without background information or any sign of responsible ownership. Please plan and budget for regular professional grooming.

Lucas & Cookie Monster Update 2: Cookie Monster was adopted on November 11th! Update: Lucas was adopted on November 6th! Lucas & Cookie Monster , brother and sister, debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. These sweet kittens were rescued when one of our volunteers stumbled upon an oddly positioned box on a sidewalk. Sure enough, she peered in and found the babies, with no food or water or even a blanket. They are now 4 months of age, spayed/neutered, and eager to find a forever home, full of love. We prefer they go home together because they enjoy each other's companionship so much. Lucas is a a cream tabby and Cookie Monster has dilute calico coloring. Like all cats, they need and deserve indoor-only homes for their safety and protection. Please visit us today and ask for these sweethearts by name.

Update 4: Lucas was adopted on December 5th! Update 3: Lil' Beth was adopted on December 3rd! Update 2: Linus was adopted on November 28th! Update 1: Logan was adopted on November 27th! Lucas (pictured here) and his sister Lil' Beth, and brothers Linus and Logan, are nicknamed " The Sweet Retriever Puppies " due to their very affectionate natures. They are Retriever mixes and could grow to large size. They are spayed/neutered and approximately 7 months of age. The Sweet Retriever Puppies needed us because they were in a rescue group which had to close its doors due to the economy. They can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting a pair for lifelong love and companionship. They debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
