  Thank you to Dynasty's new parents, Chas and Robin, for sharing pictures and good news: "I want to share an update with you on Dynasty, We call her Lady (AKA Lady Dynasty AKA Ladybug) she is an absolute lover, just the sweetest girl ever. Lady and our Maltese (Lola) are getting along wonderfully. We are so happy that we were able to adopt her and make her part of our family."

Lady , 12, calm and humble, politely asks for someone to love.  Her previous owner passed away.  Lady is a gentle Cocker Spaniel, good with other dogs, spayed, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA . Please share her picture to help find her a hero.

Lady , relieved to be out of enormous pain, offers her gentle and unconditional love in exchange for a forever home.  She is a delightful Longhair Chihuahua & Toy mix, 7 years of age and spayed, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  Lady was at another shelter that asked for our help because her bladder was full of stones. We had surgery provided for her and she healed well. Thank you very much to the generous donors who made her advanced veterinary care possible.  ( Lady requires a special diet for life to diminish the risk of developing more stones.)

At the time we rescued Lady from another shelter, her previous owner had neglected her so severely she could not see through the tangles and filth in front of her eyes.  Hair of the Dog spa groomed her and revealed her expressive eyes.  Lady's "after" picture is so powerful because you can see her full of hope.  Lady is a Poodle & Shih-Tzu mix, 9 years of age, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Lady , Lois , and Lynn , and their brother Luke, delight in chasing ping pong balls on tile floors, watching birds through windows, and snuggling with you on the couch while you read or watch TV.  They have been raised and socialized in a loving foster home since their rescue.  They are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Please kitten-proof your home for their safety. The babies can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting a pair for lifelong love and companionship.

Grandma is 17 years of age and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She is a graceful, humble cream tabby with gold eyes, spayed, and best suited for a calm home environment.  After so many years of loving companionship, someone failed Grandma and she is homeless due to no fault of her own.  We plead for your help in finding Grandma a hero so she can be placed in a loving home environment as soon as possible.  She is good with other cats and doing well on daily thyroid medication.  Our biggest concern with cats of this age is the potential for them to become deeply depressed at the shelter when losing their previous homes and stability in their twilight years.  Thank you in advance for sharing her picture and helping Grandma . 

Lady enjoys playing with feather toys, being gently scratched under her chin, and curling up on chairs you have warmed up for her. She is a beautiful dilute calico (blue & cream & white), medium-hair, spayed, about 6 years of age.  She was previously declawed. Lady is a tad on the shy side, but very warm with those she knows and trusts, and she is ready to share her affection once she gets used to her new environment. As with all cats, we seek an indoor-only home for her safety and protection. Update: Lady was adopted on August 16th! Lady has a beautiful soul. Her sunny, infectious, happy-go-lucky nature can brighten your spirits every day. Lady is a Brittany Spaniel mix, spayed female, about 9 years of age. She adores adults and children and other dogs, and she is reportedly housetrained too (with a doggie door). Lady enjoys playing ball and cuddling up with you to soak up attention. She needed us when her previous owners moved away without her. Lady debuts for adoption today.

Update: Lady was adopted on June 19th! The list of amazing qualities about Lady would run more than a mile long. Intelligent, beautiful, charismatic, and affectionate, we find her to be completely irresistible. Lady is a Border Collie mix, spayed, about 18 months young. Besides being good with other sweet dogs, she is reportedly housetrained, crate-trained, and compatible with kind children. Lady needed us because her previous owner did not have enough time for her. Lady debuts for adoption today.

Update: Lady was adopted on November 14th! Lady is a spunky, outgoing youngster with a light-hearted nature. She is a beautiful tri-color Boxer with the natural ears God gave her (and which we prefer to cropping for both aesthetic and humane reasons). She is spayed and approximately 18 months of age. Lady needed us because her owner was elderly and unable to handle her high energy level. But Lady is well-behaved. Besides being housetrained (with a doggie door), she is good with other dogs and kind children. Boxer knowledge and/or experience is preferred for her adoption.
