Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Katniss is exceptionally fond of people and offers tremendous lifelong devotion. She was pregnant and on the streets at the time of rescue. We placed her in a wonderful foster home where she raised her 5 biological babies and served as a surrogate mom for a sixth baby who was found motherless. (Her kittens will be ready for adoption in the days and weeks to come.) Katniss is fine with other respectful cats, but her focus is on bonding with people.    She is a lovely tabby & white shorthair, 2 years of age, now spayed and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.

Katniss , a young girl with quiet and powerful charm, debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She is very lovable and good-natured, and compatible with some dogs.  Katniss was found abandoned behind a movie theater (with no sign of responsible ownership).  Katniss is a small Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix, just under 2 years of age and now spayed.  Please help find her a stable home where she will always know she is loved.
