Jerry , 8, is an outgoing and friendly boy seeking a loving forever home.  He is an attractive, medium-size Terrier mix, housetrained, neutered, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  Jerry is compatible with some dogs, but picky with others.  He became homeless because his previous owner said he is not good with cats.  Please visit and ask for Jerry by name.

These five sweetheart kittens -- Britain , Candace , Delilah , Jerry , and Scott -- were found as motherless newborns in distress.  Since their rescue they have been bottle-fed, raised, and socialized with cats and dogs in loving foster care.  The babies are now 4 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  All five love to investigate new rooms and toys, as well as sit in laps and purr heartily with contentment.  Candace and Delilah are girls.  Britain , Jerry , and Scott are boys.  Please be sure to kitten-proof your home for their safety and protection.

Jerry Chris Brandon Jerry , Chris , and Brandon are 3 of the 8 rescued motherless kittens who need foster homes until they are old enough to be spayed/neutered.  Please visit Nevada SPCA in person before 5pm and ask for Lonnie if you can help. Jerry was witnessed in the street being run over by a car.  We rushed him to a veterinary hospital.  Though in severe shock from the trauma, miraculously, x-rays showed no bones had been broken and his injuries were limited to bruising across his body. Chris and Brandon were heard crying for help under a bush in someone's backyard, with no sign of their mother. More about foster parenting. Jerry looks like a superstar, now that we have groomed him, trimmed his nails, shaved away the matts and knots and dirt, and put him on premium nutritious food. But emotionally recovering from many months of severe neglect will take more time, and we are happy he is making steady progress, starting to enjoy all of our fussing on him and attention. Jerry is an apricot Miniature Poodle mix, neutered boy, 2 years young. He is intelligent, attentive, and he has an easy-going temperament. Jerry bonds well with other dogs.  Please budget extra for regular professional grooming care to keep him looking and feeling his best. We rescued him from a government-funded shelter that ran out of space for him.

Update: Tom & Jerry were adopted on July 20th! Tom & Jerry are delightful, cute little boys with sunny personalities. They love to kiss and snuggle with you. Both are Chihuahuas, neutered males, approximately 6-8 years of age. Tom is a Longhair Chihuahua and Jerry is a Shorthair Chihuahua. Tom & Jerry are strongly bonded soul-mates and need to stay together forever. They are also fine with other sweet dogs. We rescued Tom & Jerry from another shelter. We gave both dental cleanings and they debut for adoption today.
