Roo is an inquisitive and engaging youngster who craves attention and affection.  He is a super cute Jack Russell Terrier mix with cupped ears, 2 years of age and neutered, housetrained, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  Roo was surrendered because his previous owner had disabilities and kept tripping over him.

John Paul is a thoughtful and very kind youngster who hopes people are happy with him. Once he hears your praise, he lifts his head and smiles and wonders if you will take him for a walk or give him a treat or toy.  John Paul is a cute and small Heinz 57 with Jack Russell Terrier. He is 3 years of age, good with other dogs, and now neutered and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  At the time of rescue John Paul had been abandoned at a bank with no sign of responsible ownership.

Willoughby brightens with enormous charm!  He adores people and enjoys bonding.  Willoughby is uniquely attractive, a small Heinz 57 with Jack Russell Terrier and Beagle, 5 years of age and neutered, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  

Jasmine is so proud to be walking at your side, "prancing like she's leading a marching band" (as one volunteer noted). Jasmine is a cheerful girl needing a home and someone to love.    She is a blond Jack Russell Terrier mix, 5 years of age and spayed, housetrained, good with cats & dogs & kids, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.   She needed us when her previous owners moved away without her.

Giggles , a comical and jubilant junior puppy, inspires us with his enormous zest for life. He is an athletic, bouncy Jack Russell Terrier mix, 6 months of age and neutered, good with other dogs, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Giggles was at another shelter that asked for our help because of a throat injury. We had veterinary care provided for him and he has healed well. Giggles will do best with an active lifestyle routine.

Bradford , triumphantly recovering from extreme pain and despair, has remarkably improved, physically and emotionally.    He is a young, small Heinz 57 with Jack Russell Terrier, good with other dogs, and he is now neutered and ready for a hero adoption at Nevada SPCA. At the time of rescue, Bradford was hairless and his skin was so inflamed and infected that it hurt for anyone to even touch him gently. He had noncontagious mange, which his previous owners did not have treated, resulting in severe bacterial infections throughout his skin. Bradford has learned that it no longer hurts to be touched. Following 8 weeks of treatment, his infections are gone, his skin continues healing, and he is re-growing hair. (There are some patches of scar tissue that may never re-grow hair.) He asks for a very kind hero to help him continue reaching his full loving potential.

Pinocchio , 11, an earnest Jack Russell Terrier mix who likes giving doggie kisses, debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  He is housetrained, neutered, good with kids, and good with dogs (if fed meals and treats separately).  Pinocchio was at another shelter that asked for our help because he cannot be adopted to a home with cats.  Please visit and ask for this sweet senior by name.

Donovan , a perfectly unique and "bouncy little kangaroo", is a young boy who enjoys kids, adults, and dogs.  He is a Jack Russell Terrier mix with blue merle face and body patches and pink nose "rings", 1 year of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Donovan was found on the streets with no sign of responsible ownership (no ID tag, no microchip ID, not neutered).  Please visit and ask for Donovan by name.

Kailani is eager to please and fit in.    She yearns to feel accepted and sometimes cries with relief and happiness when she understands you approve of her. Kailani is a pretty girl, 3 years young, a cream & white Jack Russell Terrier & Chihuahua mix, spayed, good with dogs and older kids, housetrained, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Vivian , a sporty young sweetheart, is ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She is a Jack Russell Terrier & Mini Bully mix, 1 year of age and spayed, and great with other dogs.  Vivian was at another shelter that asked for our help because she is shy. Our experience though is that she quickly warms to people and becomes ready for adventure.  Please visit and ask for Vivian by name.

Lola is forlorn, homeless at 10 years of age for reasons she cannot understand (her previous owners' financial hardship), but her eyes light up and sparkle when you tell her how sweet she is.  She is a dainty Jack Russell Terrier & Chihuahua mix, spayed girl, housetrained & crate-trained, good with dogs and mature kids, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. The magical bonds of soul-mates may know no bounds with size, age, or temperament. These two boys are different in almost every way, but Alex is only happy when he's at the side of his much smaller companion. The boys are housetrained, neutered, and compatible with cats and dogs.    Alex is 2 years young, a handsome tuxedo-clad blend of Retriever & Shepherd, shy and intelligent.    Patches is outgoing and confident, 7 years of age, a plump Jack Russell Terrier mix. Gazelle , now recovered from starvation, beautifully debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She is a Jack Russell Terrier & Italian Greyhound mix with unique coloration, 2 years young and spayed, and good with other sweet dogs.  At the time of rescue she was at another shelter and emaciated with a bulging spine and ribs.  Gazelle is bashful and best suited for a very gentle home.

Hank, baby boy. Juliette, baby girl. Monroe, baby boy. Nick, baby boy. Rosalee, baby girl. These five angelic and playful babies debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Juliette and Rosalee are girls.  Hank , Monroe , and Nick are boys. Their foster mom lovingly nicknamed them "The Fairy Tale Puppies" because she named them after TV show characters (Grimm show). Adaline , their mother, and her puppies were rescued when they were just 10 days old.  Their previous owner moved away without them.  We immediately placed them in nurturing foster care so that Adaline could raise them in a comfortable home environment.  The puppies have also been socialized with cats and rabbits. The Fairy Tale Puppies are now 3 months of age and spayed/neutered.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety. " Venus de Milo " is what we call this devoted pair with the most beautiful bond.  They both look and act particularly human-like and they belong together forever.  Venus is a Jack Russell Terrier mix, spayed girl, 2 years of age. Milo is a Lhasa-Poo, neutered boy, about 4 years of age.   They have very cheerful personalities and like to be together all the time.  At the time of rescue a kind woman found them wandering near one of the busiest streets in Las Vegas without signs of responsible ownership.  Venus de Milo debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
