Gabriella begins to shine and embark on a fresh start at 12 years of age. She is a gentle soul, a Terrier & Toy mix, good with other dogs and spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    Gabriella was at another shelter that asked for our help due to her timidity and age. Her past is otherwise unknown, except that a police officer confiscated her from her previous home.    A peaceful home environment is ideal for Gabriella to help her continue blooming.

Gabriella , an amiable and intelligent young girl, wants to ensure that the people who she adores never abandon her. Reportedly handed around from home to home, she became traumatized by continuously losing those she loved. Separation anxiety developed -- fearing every goodbye is forever -- and it will take her time and extraordinary patience on your part for her to realize she can always depend on you to come back to her. (There is no single and instant remedy for separation anxiety, but we can talk with you here about crate-training, steady lifestyle routines, and other reasonable measures that are effective.) Gabriella is a gorgeous Border Collie & Queensland Heeler mix, 2 years of age and spayed, good with dogs her size and larger, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . Arabella - before Arabella - after Bernadette - before Bernadette - after Gabriella - before Gabriella - after These three gentle girls suffered years of unconscionable neglect in their previous home.  They were surrendered to us for rescue only upon imminent fear of prosecution for animal cruelty. Previously unloved, they arrived with dimmed spirits and no hope of ever having much human contact.  We shaved them down and had them professionally groomed, revealing the little angels under the filth and knots in their old coats. Arabella and Gabriella are most likely Poodle & Terrier mixes, ages 5 and 3, respectively.  Bernadette is a Wheaton Terrier mix, 5 years of age.  All three girls are now spayed and ready for adoption. We seek loving, forever homes where they will know every day that they are cherished and adored. We are proud of all three girls.  They are building trust and the sparkles are beginning to return to their eyes....
