  Thank you to Kadee and Debbie, Annie's mom, for these exceptional pictures and the good news: "Annie, now known as Emmie, is such a lovebug! She loves playing with her siblings and cuddling her humans. She gives the best hugs! She has found her forever home!"

Debbie , 14, a most gentle angel, needed us when her previous owner moved into assisted living.    We are keep her spirits lifted with lots of holding and cuddling, as well as pairing her up with friendly dogs for companionship. Debbie is a petite Chihuahua with cute, front-folding ears and expressive eyes.    She is spayed, housetrained, humble and loving, and waiting for a hero to adopt her at Nevada SPCA .

(She debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.)    The third picture is of Debbie at the time of her rescue on January 15. The fourth picture is of her mother, Lilly. You may recall Lilly and her 9 babies were rescued from a man threatening to shoot them. All survived, and thrived, thanks to wonderful foster care. Debbie is now almost 4 months of age, spayed, loving with people and playful with other dogs. She is shy and needs time to warm to new people. Some of Debbie's siblings have already been adopted, while others will be ready for adoption soon (unless adopted by their foster parents). Lilly will soon be spayed and ready for adoption too.
