Danny

Danny is a vibrant youngster who enjoys playing ball and bonding with cats, dogs, and mature kids.  He is an especially handsome Dachshund (with rare tri-coloration), 1 year of age, housetrained & crate-trained, now neutered and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  Danny was surrendered to us by his previous owner because his roommate was allergic to him.

Danny , a junior puppy with radiance, loves smiling at people and winning their praise. He is a Miniature Schnauzer & Cockapoo mix, 10 months of age, neutered boy, good with other dogs, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for his safety. Danny was found on the streets in neglected condition. Repeated attempts to trace his microchip ID to a previous owner were unsuccessful. Danny needs and deserves a responsible home where he will be valued as a member of the family.

Danny -- Before & After

Danny is understandably reveling in being the center of attention.  A Shih-Tzu mix junior puppy who suffered from unconscionable neglect, he was never brushed or allowed indoors.  Danny is now neutered, eating premium food, and enjoying volunteers & staff and the dogs he is meeting here.  He is 10 months of age, eager to know what a loving home feels like, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Special thanks to Hair of the Dog Spa for his grooming transformation.

Please help me channel my energy into good behavior.

Update: Danny was adopted on November 2nd! Danny is so full of joy for life that it can be difficult to slow him down.  He is exceptionally exuberant, so hearty playtime with him daily is in order to help him release energy and express curiosity. He is surprisingly large for being just 3 months of age, so we believe he may be an American Bulldog mix.  (He is on track to being bigger than most Bully breeds).  He is neutered and debuting for adoption today. Danny needs to live primarily indoors with you.  His pink skin, especially around his ears, eyes, nose, and mouth can easily sunburn. Please take great precautions puppy-proofing your home and yard for his safety and protection.  He also needs dog training to help give him positive guidance, so please only adopt him if you are fully committed to providing dog training for him. We rescued Danny from a previous owner who no longer wanted him.
