Bonnie Buttons , 10, a thoughtful and endearing girl, needed us when her previous owner moved into assisted living (where dogs are not allowed).  She is blessed with a very pleasant personality and enjoys adults, older kids, and sweet dogs.  Bonnie Buttons is a Cockapoo, housetrained, spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Harlow Gold beams with a buoyant, optimistic spirit.  She is a Cockapoo & Shih-Tzu mix, 5 years of age and spayed, housetrained, good with dogs and kids, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Harlow Gold became homeless due to no fault of her own (her previous owners said there's "no room in the house" for her).  Please help find her a responsible, stable home where she will be dearly cherished.

Jessica yearns to belong and know a steady lifestyle routine.  She is a wonderfully sweet Cockapoo, 2 years young and spayed, housetrained, good with other dogs, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Jessica may play ball too rough or exuberantly to be around young kids.  She will shine in an experienced home.

Toby's previous owner passed away and his heart is broken.     If you hold him gently and tell him everything is going to be okay, he gives you a doggie kiss. Toby is a Cockapoo, 4 years of age and neutered, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    He is housetrained and compatible with cats, dogs, and mature kids.   Please plan and budget for regular professional grooming.

Paolo & Lady can always count on each other and they have a magical bond to always be honored.  Both are housetrained and crate-trained and good with cats and dogs.  Paolo is a boy, a Cockapoo, 7 years of age and neutered. Lady is a Cocker Spaniel, 10 years of age and spayed.  He worries and ponders, while she remains relaxed and at ease.  Please help us find them a hero.

Bonnie & Clyde , an inseparable pair of soul-mates, lovable youngsters with a bright future, debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. They were found together on the streets, matted and filthy, with no sign of responsible ownership (no ID tags, microchips, not spayed/neutered).    We had to shave them both down for a fresh start, though we were able to save some of Clyde's hair. Bonnie , a Toy Poodle mix, girl, is 3 years of age. Clyde , a Cockapoo, 2 years of age, boy, is 2 years of age.    Both need to gain weight, especially Clyde (we suspect he let her eat first).    Both are good with other dogs and now spayed/neutered.    Please help find them a wonderful, lifelong home where they will be dearly treasured and always together.

Crystal , a sweet little ball of dynamite!, an energetic baby girl, debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She is a Cockapoo, 5 months of age, spayed, and good with other dogs.  Crystal is blind in her left eye (believed to be the result of a birth defect) and she doesn't like the left side of her face being touched.   She was found on the streets with no sign of responsible ownership (no ID tags, no microchip ID, not spayed).  Please help find her a responsible, stable home where she will be dearly treasured for life.

Elmer now wears the smile of someone realizing that the bad days are past.  At 12 years of age, he is finding hope and there's a new spring in his step!  Elmer , a Cockapoo, was found in deplorable condition on a busy road in a commercial district, tremendously distressed and disoriented.  But now he is eating premium meals, his matted coat has been shaved away, and he's had dental care.  Elmer is good with other dogs, but still a bit testy with strangers until he gets to know and trust them.  The warts on his body and face are just cosmetic and natural with his aging.  Elmer triumphantly debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA and we ask for your help in finding him a hero.

Richard's feelings of worthlessness won't go away instantly.  But he is improving every day from very severe neglect.  Richard is a sensitive, adorable Cockapoo, 1 year young, neutered boy, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  He is good with other dogs and may benefit greatly from a big brother or sister dog to help him adjust.  Richard was in deplorable condition at another shelter that asked for our help because of his timidity.  We want to find Richard a stable, peaceful home where he can continue blooming.

Wynn was found running stray near one of the busiest intersections in Las Vegas.  Fortunately, a caring person caught him before any harm could come his way from all of the cars and trucks there.  (There was no sign at all of responsible ownership -- no ID tag, no microchip ID, and he was then unneutered.)  Wynn is a jazzy, expressive pup, a Cockapoo, about 11 months of age, a neutered boy, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Wynn enjoys other dogs and needs regular professional grooming.  Please ask for him specifically by name when you visit.

Pepe needs someone gentle and patient to help him recover from neglect and overcome his fear of leashes.  He is an exceptionally sweet Cockapoo, 2 years young, now neutered and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Pepe is a social boy, though shy, and prefers being around people rather than showing much interest in toys.  He is good with other dogs and needs regular professional grooming.  The circumstances of Pepe's relinquishment are unclear, with his previous owner saying just that getting rid of him was her son's wish.  Pepe needs and deserves better, and we ask for your help so he can reach his full loving potential.

Update: Tiger was adopted on December 24th! We think Tiger brightens every room he is in, his sunny nature glowing and sparkling with good cheer. He is a cute Cockapoo, neutered male, about 7 years of age, debuting for adoption today. Tiger is compatible with other friendly dogs and reportedly housetrained (with a doggie door).  Please plan on regular professional grooming care for him. An adult-only home is ideal for Tiger .  We do not believe he has ever been around children. He needed us due to his previous owner's financial hardship.

Update: Selvester was adopted on November 12th! There is a reason our staff and volunteers have trouble walking by dumpsters without peering into them. Sometimes there are two terrified little eyes glaring back at us. We never stop being astounded and outraged by the human monsters among us who toss living animals away, literally in the trash. One of our volunteers dumpster-dived to save this precious puppy who we named Selvester . Selvester is a Cockapoo (Cocker Spaniel and Poodle mix), neutered male, between 7-9 months of age.  Today, he valiantly debuts for adoption at Nevada SPCA. We love Selvester's happy-go-lucky personality and his adorable underbite.   He is good with other sweet dogs and needs regular professional grooming care. Update: Roxy was adopted on June 17th! Roxy is a gorgeous little sweetheart who lost her previous home due to being "too active". She is a jazzy, fun-loving, sometimes silly girl with a cheerful nature. Roxy is a Cockapoo, spayed female, about 3 years young. She adores other friendly dogs and needs regular professional grooming care. She is reportedly housetrained (with a doggie door). We believe Roxy may do best in a home with another outgoing, sweet dog. Please set aside plenty of time to play with her and shower her with affection daily.

Boo is a super cute, loving boy. He is a Cockapoo (Cocker Spaniel & Poodle mix), neutered male, approximately 5 years of age, debuting for adoption today. Boo needed us when his previous owner became too elderly to care for him. He enjoys other sweet dogs and needs regular grooming care. Though mostly tender-hearted, we believe Boo needs an adult-only home. He can get an attitude if he does not get his way, being especially anxious about being held or confined against his will. An experienced home where Boo is not alpha -- but his new parent is -- will be the environment he needs to re-orient his thinking.

Update: Alba was adopted on February 19th! Completely adorable, baby Alba also charms you with her gentle spirit. She is a Cockapoo (Cocker Spaniel & Poodle) puppy, spayed female, 5 months of age. Alba needed us when her previous owner moved overseas. She enjoys other dogs and needs regular professional grooming care (at least quarterly, so budget accordingly). Alba is reportedly crate-trained, but needs your help and a steady routine to complete housetraining. Alba debuts for adoption today.

Update: Toto was adopted on February 10th! Toto is an adorable, tender-hearted youngster debuting for adoption today. He is reportedly a Cockapoo (Cocker Spaniel & Poodle mix). He is neutered and approximately 2 years of age. Toto likes other friendly dogs and he needs regular grooming care. He may need your patience and good guidance to complete housetraining. Toto needed us when his previous owners moved overseas.

Update: Lambchop was adopted on November 21st! Lambchop is a fluffy young angel who loves to lick and kiss. She is most likely a Cockapoo & Maltese mix. She is spayed and about one year of age. In Lambchop's short life already though, she has been handed around from home to home an astonishing 6 times! Pathetic. Shuffling animals through hand-aways to neighbors or co-workers or even to strangers on the internet so often leads to tragedy and homelessness. Lambchop's whirlwind of being tossed away is now over. We are committed to finding her a very stable, loving, and devoted new home. She enjoys other dogs and she needs regular grooming care, so please budget extra accordingly. Update: Sheba was adopted on October 23rd! Sheba's beautiful spirit shines through her eyes and smile. She is a darling youngster with a cheery, affectionate nature. Sheba is reportedly a Cockapoo (Cocker Spaniel & Toy Poodle mix), spayed, and about 2 years of age. She debuts for adoption today. She is housetrained, crate-trained, and good with other sweet dogs. Please plan on regular grooming and good hygiene for her. Sheba reportedly has a sensitive stomach and needs a chicken and rice diet. Please consult your veterinarian for further guidance on a proper diet plan for her. Sheba needed us because her owner was away from the home up to 14 hours daily.

Update: Angel was adopted on August 27th! Angel's sweet disposition is one of her best qualities. She is a gorgeous Cockapoo (Cocker Spaniel & Poodle) mix, spayed, and approximately 4 years young. Angel is housetrained (with a doggie door) and compatible with other good-natured dogs. Please plan on regular grooming care for her and budget extra accordingly. Angel needed rescue because her owner became too ill to care for her. Angel is one of more than a dozen dogs debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
