Shane , a baby bundle of love, perks his ears up when you compliment him or tell him it's playtime.  He is a Chocolate Labrador Retriever mix puppy, 3 months of age and neutered, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  Shane was surrendered by his previous owner for being too playful with the family's small dogs.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for his safety.

Charles is healing and learning to trust. He now sits at our sides, accepts petting and kindness, and no longer fears every hand. But Charles carefully evaluates strangers and worries they have intentions to hurt him. We don't know what he endured, but suspect he sustained severe violence in a previous home. He was at another shelter that asked for our help with his emotional needs.

Marcy , a sweetheart junior puppy, longs to know when she meets people whether they approve of her.  She is a medium-size Heinz 57 with Retriever and stunning sable, chocolate, and gold coloration, about 9 months of age, spayed, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  We rescued Marcy from another shelter that asked for our help when they ran out of space for her.

Duncan worries that people disapprove of him.    Once reassured that you are pleased with him, he begins to calm and sit closer to you.    It's heartbreaking he has such little self-esteem at 7 years of age, but it's certainly not too late for him to come to realize that he is magnificent and worthy of love.
