Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Vivien , 12, relishes purring in gentle arms and rolling around happily in catnip.  She is a gorgeous Siamese with hypnotic blue eyes, previously declawed, spayed, fine with calm cats, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  Vivien was found abandoned on the streets. Her microchip ID traced to her previous owner, but this person refused her.  Vivien is a treasure and deserves to be cherished as a valued member of a loving family.

Rani , a beautiful spirit, healing and building confidence, is ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . She is a snow-white shorthair with a grey crown and hypnotic eyes (heterochromia), 6 years of age and spayed, and good with other cats.  Rani loves catnip, lounging in laps, and napping in baskets. She was found abandoned outdoors with minor injuries, including a cut on her nose.  Please visit and ask for Rani by name.

Stewie , 11, is a boy young at heart who likes to greet people at the door and welcome them warmly.  He is a handsome treasure and he is fascinated by catnip, rolling on it every chance he gets.  Stewie is great with cats too.  He is a tabby & white shorthair, neutered, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA . We rescued him from another shelter.  Please visit and ask for Stewie by name.

Rascal is in intelligent young boy with a no-nonsense personality, but when you bring him catnip he frolics like he's a young kitten again.  Rascal is a very attractive orange tabby & white with copper eyes, 1 year of age and neutered, good with other cats, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA . He needed us due to his previous owners' financial hardship.

Vanna , 13, a serene and lovable Turkish Angora, enjoys catnip, sunbathing by windows, and cuddling in gentle arms.  She is good with other cats who respect her personal space needs.  Vanna is spayed, previously declawed (front paws), and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA . We rescued her from another shelter that asked for our help.

Update: Tripstar was adopted on June 27th! Tripstar's first year of life has been so tumultuous that she now seems to especially cherish the serenity and peace of the Cat Condo playrooms. She is a gorgeous, young medium-hair spayed female with chocolate, creme & white coloring, which contrasts beautifully with her green eyes. She is outgoing and friendly and engaging. We rescued Tripstar (and her brother) from a box. They had been thrown away, recklessly left to die from being hit by a car, or from starvation. Tripstar was pregnant, but the extreme trauma resulted in the deaths of her unborn kittens. Further, she was sick with distemper. We had extensive medical care provided for her, and fortunately, she made a full recovery. Please show this angel how compassionate and loving humans can be. She needs a committed, indoor-only home where she never experiences suffering or rejection again. Tripstar is available today in The Catnip Cabana playroom.

Update: Catarina was adopted on July 4th! Catarina has a beautiful, tender soul. She is a quiet-natured, warm grey & white shorthair, spayed female, approximately two years young. Despite being rejected by her previous owner, she still believes in people and wants to engage your attention and affections. Catarina is waiting to meet you in The Catnip Cabana, one of the free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms at Nevada SPCA. Please show her that a caring person can make a lifelong commitment to keeping her strictly indoors and loved as a family member.
