Luxor will greet you with his warm smile every day, for life, when you return home for his hugs and kisses.  He is a fun-loving Bully with dimples and hazel eyes, 1 year of age and neutered, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  We believe he has the temperament to be terrific with children.

O'Dell is a zany-fun boy with a comical temperament.    He is a golden-eyed Bully mix, chocolate & white, 4 years of age, neutered, compatible with some female dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    O'Dell was at another shelter that asked for our help due to running out of space for him. O'Dell reportedly missed meals in a previous home and experienced desperate hunger. Understandably, food is very serious to him. We strongly recommend a very steady meal and treat schedule so he never has to fear going hungry again. Also, due to his intensity with food, he requires a home without young children. Ronaldo often cries with joy when you hug and cuddle him. He wants to be a lap dog. Ronaldo is a young Bully & Staffie mix, 2 years of age, good with other dogs (unconfirmed), now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA .

Disney wiggles his whole body in happiness when you tell him he's wonderful! Disney loves everyone -- cats, dogs, kids, adults -- and finds joy in every being and toy.    He is a blue & cream Bully & Staffie mix junior puppy with hazel eyes, 6 months of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .   Please puppy-proof your home and yard for his safety.

Sable Stella Sable and Stella are adorable baby sisters with exceptionally affectionate natures.  Both girls are happiest when cuddling with people and dogs. Sable enjoys pulling the stuffing out of her stuffed animal toys.  Stella likes to throw her toys in the air and catch them before they hit the ground. The girls are likely Mastiff and Bully mixes with hazel eyes, 3 months of age, now spayed and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  We expect them to grow to large size. Last month they were found tied to a gate and abandoned on ropes.  Since their rescue they have been lovingly raised and socialized in a wonderful foster home. The girls can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting them together for lifelong love and companionship.

Rosa loves meeting people and learning all she can about them. She swivels her head from side-to-side while you speak to better understand each of your words. Rosa is a lovable junior puppy, a Bully mix, 7 months of age, now spayed and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for her safety.   She is good with other dogs her size and larger, but she can be bossy with them.    Rosa was found wandering the streets with no sign of responsible ownership.

Lehua ("sacred"), a resplendent baby girl, sees every waking moment as an opportunity to have fun and share joy. Lehua likes bonding with dogs and cats too. She nudges her toys toward cats and cannot understand why they won't play tug-of-war with her.    She has been lovingly raised in a foster home since her rescue. Lehua is good with kids, but plays too rambunctiously for toddlers. Lehua is a Bully mix puppy, 6 months of age, now spayed and debuting for adoption at Nevada.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for her safety.

Eckhart is a jolly, loyal, 3-legged boy asking for a forever home. Eckhart is an American Bulldog & Bully mix, 7 years of age and neutered, housetrained & crate-trained, ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    He needs a home where he is the only animal.  He cannot be around small dogs or other small animals at any time.   ( Eckhart's right leg appears to have been amputated years ago, for reasons unknown.)

Pete , his wounds now healed, is ready to let the world know what a happy and loving boy he can be! Pete is a jovial youngster with a terrific smile, an American Bulldog & Bully mix, 1 year of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    He was found injured on the streets with wounds consistent from dog or coyote bites.    We believe Pete is crate-trained and may be compatible with some dogs.

Bronson beams with good cheer and kisses everyone who talks sweetly to him! After months of recovery, he triumphantly and happily debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Bronson is a warm-hearted Bully mix, 5 years of age and neutered. At the time of rescue he was found hit by a vehicle with severe hip injuries at a busy Vegas intersection (and no sign of responsible ownership).    Bronson adores his caretakers and politely accepted all treatment. He can now walk and play again.

Mason pleads for consideration. He is a very lovable youngster who devotes himself unconditionally to those who care for him.  Mason is an exceptionally attractive American Bulldog & Bully mix, 1 year of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  He was found abandoned on the streets with no sign of responsible ownership (no ID tag, no microchip, not neutered).

Tommy is one of two dogs witnessed being abandoned in a wash. Staff and volunteers were eventually able to capture both of them. (The person who illegally abandoned them has not yet been caught.) The two dogs do not appear to be strongly bonded, so Tommy is going up for adoption today at Nevada SPCA and the second one is going up soon after recovering from surgery. Tommy is a Bully mix, 3 years young, neutered boy. Multiple signs point to a cruel past, including fear of quick movements and even missing teeth. But if you sit beside Tommy and talk in a soothing manner he first lays his head in your lap, then sneaks his paws on your legs too to get as close as he can to feel safe.  Please help find a hero for Tommy so that he only knows love and responsibility and peace from now on.

Smurfette is a treasure, an engaging Catahoula Leopard Dog & Bully mix youngster, ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  She loves playing ball with kids!  Smurfette is eager to learn and win approval, so volunteers are able to quickly teach her new things and include her in fun activities.  She is housetrained, crate-trained, 1 year of age and spayed, and compatible with cats and most dogs.  Special thanks to Pet'ographique for these remarkable portraits to help Smurfette find a loving, forever home.

When a criminal invaded the home, it was Foxy who heroically chased him out and saved her previous family.  Foxy is a loyal young girl, very eager to please, housetrained and crate-trained.  She is a unique, long-legged blend of many breeds, just as much Greyhound as Bully, 3 years of age, now spayed and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    Foxy loves playing or going for walks, then taking naps in the sun.  She lost her previous home because she and her sibling began squabbling. But we suspect that could have been due to the dogs not being spayed/neutered, so Foxy may be compatible with some dogs.  Please visit and ask for this extraordinary girl by name.

Dodge's survival is miraculous, and the fact that he still loves humans is equally tremendous.  An officer found him repeatedly stabbed in the neck (knife wounds of 3-4 inches deep on the left side) and discarded to die on a Vegas street.  Dodge was taken to another shelter that in turn asked for our help.  He has now healed and he triumphantly debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Dodge adores kind people and loves being touched, petted, hugged, and reassured.  He is just one year of age, a neutered boy, and now ready to bless someone wonderful with his unconditional love.

Ranger is ready to believe in people again and just asks for patience and tenderness.  If you kneel down, he will gently approach you and accept your kindness and petting.  Ranger is 18 months young, a neutered boy, a very attractive American Bulldog & Bully mix, ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  We rescued him from another shelter.  Ranger had old and fresh head wounds -- whether from human violence, canine attacks, or other causes is unknown -- but it's clear he had been enduring ongoing trauma.  Ranger needs to just see the best of human nature and human responsibility from now on.

Serenity is very nurturing and maternal.  She delights in mothering and grooming other dogs, or occasionally a stuffed animal toy. Serenity is also good with cats and children, plus housetrained and crate-trained. Serenity is nearly 14 years of age, a butterscotch & white Bully mix, spayed girl, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. She may not be as spunky as she once was, but she still loves a good game of fetch. Please help Serenity find a hero so she can spend her twilight years in dignity, and with love and comfort and peace-of-mind.

Craig was getting his picture taken this morning when he suddenly saw one of his favorite volunteers and his eyes lit up, beaming with joy.  Craig is often smiling here, perhaps because it's likely the first time he has had regular meals and treats, or been spoken to kindly.  His past is unknown, except that he was dumped outside a veterinary clinic in poor condition.  Craig is now thriving, eating premium food, bursting with hope and anticipation for his bright future.  He is an athletic Bully mix with beautiful mocha coloring, 2 years young, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.

We named this baby-faced girl " Bliss " because she has so much devotion in her eyes.  Bliss was found on the streets of Las Vegas in a state of starvation with no sign of responsible ownership.  She has been recovering weight and energy for many weeks now and today she triumphantly debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Bliss adores people and she is very grateful for every act of kindness and compassion.  She is a medium-size Heinz 57 with Bully and tiger coloring, spayed, and about 6 years of age.

Luna still looks forlorn, but her spirit is on the mend and she is trusting us a bit more each day.  This beautiful young girl has a tremendous, loving future ahead -- and she is starting to realize it.  A caring woman found her on the streets of Las Vegas.  Luna was 'in heat' and suffering from abuse, terrified of most people she met.  She is a small Bully mix with expressive golden eyes, about 2 years of age, now spayed and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Luna seems to be fine with some dogs.  Please help us find her a stable, forever home where she never has to hear screaming or fear violence again.
